The pool was very relaxing, the grounds were lovely. I was surprised that i wasn't in a hotel room but it was nice. The owner made me feel very comfortable. It is a safe place with a pleasant walk to the main Street. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

A simple, clean, big room with good kitchen amenities. Owner was very nice. Her english is basic but functional. No issues at all. Would consider staying her again with a reasonable price.

I have stayed at La Perlita on several occasions. Clean, comfortable and close enough to all the activities in the area. The owners are great people, very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay! It was quiet, clean, and a great location! You can walk to the beach, restaurants and shops in just a couple of minutes!

Very nice and helpful family who lives at the property, don't speak english -but still try to help anyway.. quiet place, close to everything you need. AC is old, works fine but makes too much noise at night (there is also a fan that is a good option, no noise but no AC) missing a place for hanging the mosquito net.

The owner; Pierrete don’t allow Us to store inside the room Our two bike with a value of $8000, she told Us: bike must keed OUTSIDE of the room, bike must keep on the car!!!

I love this studio it is located on a quiet side street. The amenities includes air condition, a small kitchen, hot water, etc.,. The place is super clean, it's less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. In Jaco I have stayed in other higher priced hotels. I would rate this hotel much higher, especially for the reasonable price. The owners are very nice and they go beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Might consider staying again only if for extended stay of 7+ days. Comfortable size room with well-stocked kitchenette. No other in-room amenities. Friendly owners, quaint property. Could use some updating and pest control. BRING your own pillows.
