We were so happy with the Boardwalk. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service, friendliness and hospitality of all the staff (bar none) was excellent. Our room was stunningly decorated, spacious, immaculately clean and contained everything we needed. The reception staff booked an airport pick up, hire car, several taxis and a morning scuba dive for us and each of these went like clockwork. The staff were also helpful with dinner recommendations and how to best deal with an unexpected medical concern. We also loved having ChiChi take us to the beach (even though it's only a short walk away), the inclusive beach palapa's (sun shade and loungers) plus Henry the chicken and Fluffy the cat wandering between the tables at the onsite bar/cafe/restaurant.

Amazing property, friendly staff, great food and adorable rooms. We loved the location and peacefulness of the hotel and room. We had a Coco Casita with a patio and it was cleaned daily. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the drinks on the beach (served by the Ritz next door via segway). The pools were clean and temperature was perfect. The tropical grounds of the property were breathtaking and relaxing. We enjoyed celebrating my husbands birthday and cant wait to come back in the future!

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, we felt very welcome. The garden and casitas are amazing. The restaurant was very good, loved the food and ambiance. The beach at walking distance. We would love to come back soon.

I highly recommend this property. It was everything we hoped and more. Friendly staff everywhere. Great Happy Hour around the pool. Tropical oasis even though you are next to a road. Easy walk to beach or take the chi chi provided by the hotel. Free use of towels for beach or pool. Cooler in every room for use at the beach. Absolutely amazing!!

Very unique place. Quiet individual casitas. Walk through jungle like atmosphere to reach small coco cafe and two small pools. Individual huts on beach included with stay. Walking distance to tons of beachside restaurants and shopping. We will be back!!’

We had a wonderful stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful in every way. Food is delicious at the restaurant. The "casitas" rooms are comfortable and include a small kitchenette. Our only complaint was the pillows were hard and our bed creaked very loudly when we rolled over. Woke me up every time my husband moved, but I'm a light sleeper. My sister stayed there as well, but her bed was fine so it was just ours. The beach was a very close walk, or you could take the free shuttle. We enjoyed both the ocean and the pool.

This a quiet peaceful place in a private setting. It’s so much better than big box hotels. Our casita was spacious, well equipped and lovely. Absolutely spotless- the whole property is well maintained. The staff friendly but not intrusive. Perfect place to renew what needs renewing.

It was our second time here & we will go back. Friendly & nice staff. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel strip but close enough to walk to the other big hotels if you should need anything ie casino, sunset drink at the beach, etc. Nice job collaborating with the Ritz for beachside service… they were also wonderful!

This was a great place to stay. Everyone has their own casita with great privacy. The grounds are lush and green and a great place to wander through. The beach is very close and only takes 5 minutes to walk to. The property is just outside the main hotel strip so the area is quite, but still close enough to all the restaurants and shops of the main strip.

My vacation here was amazing! I traveled solo and chose this place because I didn’t like the idea of leaving a big city in the US with high rises to go vacation in another high rise hotel. I was looking for a chill, laid-back, quiet experience and I got exactly that!
The staff were friendly, front desk was also resourceful and responsive! I got locked out twice after nights out and there was always someone on-call ready to let me in. A quick taxi ride will take you to the area where all the nightlife action is.
The casitas were beautiful, the cafe had many drinking and eating options, the hotel had a more nature & vacation feel to it.
10/10 experience I really enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to come back!
