Very nice hotel in the heart of Brickell

Hair in shower, restaurant inconveniences w many menu items not available and not enough bar or waitstaff. Liked the pet friendly policy. That was the best part.

Very glamorous hotel but a few notable things that brought this to a 3 star for us: the water temp. I tried to draw a bath for my daughter and to try to get the water to a cool temp because it was scalding hot and it was near impossible. While the water ran, if someone flushed the toilet it brought the run of the water to almost a slow drip. Also, the main light in between the beds, perhaps eco friendly of some sort, but we could not find a way to turn it on for the life of us. Hotel staff was professional but I wouldn’t say friendly per se. View was beautiful and hotel itself was well kept and luxurious.

Housekeeping had not done a good job. There was a bandaid and a shard of glass in the tub. The hallways and common areas were unusually cold. We had to wear a coat to be comfortable at breakfast.

The location is very nice but all the other things of the hotel was bad! Hotel not safety for kids.

We loved this hotel. Just do not eat dinner at the restaurant upstairs. It was terrible and $700. Like horrible but it was great for lunch and snacks. Balcony view was SO good. Room was great. POOL is EPIC!

Great service, the room was so big and beautiful we utilized everything we could only bring there for 24 hours. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely room , but slightly irritated that the inviting bottle of water by the bed turned out to be charged at $10

This hotel is pretty good and it’s in a good location downtown. Not too far from restaurants, malls and entertainment. There are two things that they need to work on which is cleaning and lighting. The bathtub in are room was very dirty and we didn’t use it at all and there is barely any lighting in the entire room. Other from those two things mentioned everything else was good.

Great hotel stay here a few times very clean wonderful staff and beautiful views unbelievable pool on the 16 floor with excellent restaurant Zuma inside the hotel.

We had a great stay at EPIC. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility itself was beautiful and relaxing. Our only issue was with the jacuzzi tub not working (it was great as a soaker tub though), and the fact that a high-end place like EPIC does not have coffee makers in the rooms, and only has coffee out for the first part of the day, then you have to purchase it from room service. A coffee/tea maker is an important "perk" for us, and we were disappointed in the lack of those amenities, especially seeing that many of the local hotels serve Lavazza in the rooms.
Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and mini vacation for us.

Great place to stay. I’m from South Carolina so paying for parking seemed a little odd to me being that I was staying at the hotel. Great view and location we were on the top floor. Great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the to start our honeymoon vacation. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay.

There was no microwave or mini-fridge. It’s $52 a night to park plus a $35 concession fee per night. That is ridiculous. This hotel also charges a resort fee and this is NOT a resort. Very expensive and not worth the expenses they charge. I will never stay here again.

I did not like the hidden fees. I liked the valet services but for those of us on a fixed income would’ve been nice to self park.

I had a great stay. There was a few issues with the microwave and fridge I requested. I was told they didn’t have them but I knew they did. Once I told them I have crohns and severe food intolerances I was fhen granted thr fridge and microwave. The fridge ended up not working well and all my food spoiled . Pool shouldn’t close at 7. For a 5 star hotel that we pay top dollar for, we shouldn’t be shooed away from the pool like birds and the security is rude
