Nice hotel. Needs an update. Staff is kind and helpful. Lousd if you are on the Ocean Steet side.

The staff was quick to help me get my room. Let me check in early, was accommodating of my service animal. Will stay again. As a cherry on top, within five minutes of the boardwalk.

Easy check in and check out with a very friendly staff. Lobby and hotel room were super clean and there was a nice selection for breakfast. Definitely will be staying here next time I am in town.

Service was offered around 4:30 when I was back in the room, Ideally service should always happen in between Check out times and CHeck in times.
Also Bed was a bit uncomfortable for my back

Easy to locate and check in. Area around hotel was clean as well as the hotel, entrance, dining area, halls & room.

Parking is horrible. They allow non handicapped people to park in the handicap spots. Staff very unfriendly.

Asked for receipt and he couldn't give us one. We paid at hotel and on website it says if we pay at site to get receipt from them and he would not. I even showed him email.

The property was okay but needs some updates to the rooms. Curtains, shower curtains, refrigerators, some of the beds squeak and move too much. Breakfast was okay.

It was a pleasant 2 night stay. Location was good for us, in between Monterey & South San Francisco.

The hotel itself is great! The parking can be bad if you have a low profile vehicle because the entrance/exit to the parking garage is very steep. We scraped the bottom of our vehicle pretty badly. But other than that, it was nice. The pool was great too.

I didnt like trying to get pool yowels and being told they were out there when they werent. Stains in the bathroom made it look dirty.

This was a second time when we stayed in this hotel the first time was really excellent in 2021 but now for some reason after we stayed the first night the second night we found our room not cleaned and it was messy as we left with our kids in the morning so I loved the hotel and the staff but I want you to correct this kind of mistake.
