This property deserves the perfect ratings. The suites are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is great, most attractions are an easy 5-10 minute walk. The service and communication were also excellent. I cant think of anything that I’d change about this place. Kudos for a well managed property!

Not at all resembling what was placed on Expedia. Had stayed in many places and this was for sure the worst!

Amazing property! The location is very close to the centre. It’s on a nice street with free parking. The property is very beautiful and clean. The apartment was beautiful, clean , beautifully decorated and very spacious. Just like the pictures . We had big king bed and large twin beds for the kids. Separate bedrooms & washrooms. The apartment was very luxurious.A lot of amenities included and generous breakfast included with the stay. Our apartment had a big patio with the view of the cathedral across from the river.Front desk is until 3 pm. The front desk lady is very friendly and helpful. We requested a few additional items for breakfast and she brought them quickly with a big smile! The fridge is well stocked with water and there is water at reception too. The front desk lady also gave us water and cookies to take with us at checkout! There is also laundry on the rooftop which is a big plus when traveling with kids and traveling light.

This was a very nice place to stay and really did feel of 5 star quality. The people working reception were also extremely helpful.

Everything about Casa de Triana was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Ana the reception staff was very friendly, fast and obliging. We had an amazing stay at this duplex apartment, my husband and I plus our 22 year old daughters. It was absolutely perfect in every way, from the communication beforehand through to leaving. Ana was so welcoming and let us into our room well ahead of check in as it was ready. Everything we could have possibly needed was there, the breakfast was delicious and spot on time. Location was ideal in a quiet spot but only 10 minutes walk to the city centre. We will be back!

This is the best and most luxury apartment I have stayed at in all Spain. Seriously awesome. Serving breakfast is a great added value to this rental. Walking distance to the historic district. I would definitely recommend it.

This place was the perfect choice for my family of 4 (14 and 6 year old kids.) The property is beautiful and immaculately maintained. I stayed in Unit 5. 2 stories, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, 3 big screen tv's. Sofa in living room also a pull out couch if needed. The rain showers and smart touch bathroom mirror that played music from my phone was modern comfort. They full bowl of all types of fruit, endless bottles of fresh water and large breakfast tray delivered every morning to our front door was much more than we expected. They provide free fresh orange juice and pitcher of milk daily, with assortment of danishes, breads, spreads, meats (including a new package of thinly sliced iberico ham), cheeses, cereals, yogurts and coffee pods...all replenished daily. The location is great. Right on the river and bridges nearby to cross directly in to the main part of old town where is the cathedral and alcazar, or stay in Triana where there is a great market and lots of choices for food and shopping. When you register for your room you need to provide passport info for each guest and when finished you receive the code that permits you to enter the building and your room so you don't have to worry about a key card. Highly recommend this place! Ana was a nice host and responsive but technically there is no check in desk. It's an "aparthotel". Maid service was daily so unit very clean.

Great location and views from our apartment. Good food options in walking distance as are many historical sites and the best Flamenco right down the block. Excellent support from Anna with recommendations and assistance making arrangements for experiences.
