Amazing stay! One of the best hotels that I have stayed in anywhere in the world. The staff are proactive and attentive and offer a 5-star experience from start to finish.

Terrific place to stay & great for family. The beach is private and easy to access...staff brings food and drinks as needed. And, to get to town was really quite easy.

Staffs were very friendly and hospitable. The hotel was very clean and organize. Breakfast buffet was superb and delicious. I would come back again and stay at this hotel. Thank you to all Crimson staff, till next time.

Their shuttle times are so limited which is shocking since they’re so far away from all the stations. Their gym time is only till 8. Had dinner at saffron and it was so plain. They upgraded us to the villa but it felt like a downgrade. Both my daughter and I had mosquitos bites because there was a crack at the door. I told the manager and all she can is she’s sorry. Also part of their vanity fell down and there were nails sticking out. Then, I had to bring up my billing because there were unknown charges. Eventually they corrected it so make sure to double check charges. Also, they failed to inform us additional charges like transportation tax fee in addition to the regular fee for the boat ride. They also charge in room service for a simple of requesting bottle water on top of the purchase price. I don’t know how this hotel gets a 5 star. Basically they are nickel and diming for everything. This hotel is overhyped. They pay actors to stay with them to attract customers to make it seem like you’re getting celebrity treatment.

Great private beach. Safe. Great restaurants. It is very pricey tho so if you're looking to pay American prices in the Phils, this is definitely the place lol.

There was not enough staff in the dining area . We did not get our coffee until 39 minutes later . We had to tell several staff to follow up on our coffee. Some staff are not friendly.

Shout out to all the staff in Crimson especially to Jett & Harold (reception) and Ray (breakfast buffet) for taking care of us during our stay. This is our 2nd time of staying with Crimson as we truly love the resort. Favorite part is the breakfast where we tried the best crispy bacon in the world! No kidding. And again to RAY who always looked after us, and recommended different foods and drinks to try. So far, we got lucky each time we checked in as they upgraded our room to a better suite. Thank you CRIMSON Boracay, we will definitely come back soon :-) Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience my family had! The facility is superb and the staff is the most hospitable we’ve ever had!!! The view from our room is breathtaking! The restaurant had excellent food even though there’s only three in the facility. Breakfast buffet is to die for! Highly recommended.

Our lock in our room ran out of battery and we needed 6 people to change it. Riza at the front desk lobby customer service was terrible can’t even look at you in the eye and made us wait 7 minutes trying to talk to someone on the phone to settle our bill. The bellman and house keeper were great and had better attitude.

The beach and our room were top notch. Staff was so friendly and went above and beyond. The resort itself isn’t and the common areas didn’t have the wow factor we expected for the price but overall we had a great stay and would return because of the beach and rooms!
