All was ok. However we found bugs on the bed which we thought might be bed bugs. They weren’t, but it was enough for an uncomfortable night to be had.

Only intended to stay 3 nights booked another night and two more 6 nights stay...Great hostel super clean extremely nice staff..especially ' Shlomo ' The Bar Man..helped me big time " Achlah Ish ! " As they say 2/3 " Hakshev ". I felt like I was 20 years old again. https://youtu.be/o66MdP3kpKo

Great hostel with possibility to cook. Great view to Tiberias area from the rooftop. Cooling in the private dormitory was a salvation in the hot summer of Israel. The person in the reception was kind and spoke English well. Some beeping in the mornings but otherwise a quiet place.

Compared to other ANA hostels in Israel (for instance Ein Gedi), the condition of this property is significantly worse. Advertised amenities (like game room) all broken down. For a hostel, these amenities aren't necessary, but having broken stuff lying around is just shabby. The location is fine for TIberias, but it is a much more conservative city than I expected and finding dining on Shabbat (Friday afternoon until late evening on Saturday) is quite difficult. Also, it is hotter and more humid than the Dead Sea area. Recommend staying in the Golan or north of the Sea of Gallilee for exploring the region.

Let's face it. This is a hostel and not an hotel. This means, there is no elevator (hostel loby starts with one floor of stairs), no 24 hour loby, no sheet replacement and very small rooms. But, if this is what you expect, the room was clean, the staff were freindly, the price was good and the hostel location is great. We had a great time!

The staff at Tiberias was BY FAR THE BEST PART!!! I felt such joy there and we had an amazing Hanukah celebration. The place is hidden in a run down shopping mall being redone but once you find it, it is nice and clean with a GOOD breakfast worth purchasing if it doesn’t come with the room. the area is ok.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was surprisingly comfortable for a hostel. Breakfast was basic but decent.

Well serviced hostel in a beautiful old building with tons of character. Staff were extremely helpful, and the common areas were comfortable and a nice place to meet other travellers. I especially loved that you got a free night if you've got a Lebanese border stamp!
