No place to park the car on the premises, or immediately outside the premises, until you first sign the internal rental agreement, pay a 300 PLN deposit, and pay for the stay. Then you walk to a ‘reception’ room in the assigned building, to obtain a FOB for your staircase, go to the staircase door, to the apartment, get the garage door opener, then go downstairs and move the car to one of 2 underground garages. We parked the car on the street and paid for parking, but the process took way longer than expected, and when we returned to the car found a $38 parking ticket on my windshield…. • Small space for a studio. • Bathroom suggestions: Add a toilet paper hook/holder and at least one other towel hook in the bathroom for hand towels. • Ongoing construction next to Building 20J, some days long hours, and you can hear it inside the apartments. No warnings on Hotels.com/Expedia. • Kitchen suggestions: Sharpen kitchen knives, add kitchen towel
