Tv didnt work told front desk and she looked at it and said there wasnt anything she could do shower was bad dispensers were empty faucet in sink leaked breakfast was very bad got it went to table tasted it and threw it out we will not stay there againthe reason i didnt do review i wanted to just forget it happened

I was charged twice. I made a reservation for two days. I was charged on the first night the total amount and again on the second night. I called my bank to verify and back to the hotel. The hotel said there was nothing they could do about it. They only see one charge. My bank is disputing the second charge. I even offered the hotel to send them copies and they said there was nothing they could do.

Was in towm for the weekend for daughters baby shower. Beds were awesome! Everything was clean and front desk person professional. Breakfast lacks a little but was fine and free ! Will be staying again in the future!

Our stay was good. Check in was reasonably pleasant considering that she was dealing with a guy harassing her. The bathroom needs a thorough deep cleaning (chrome in shower is not shiny, mold in the shower and a slow sink). The closet door latch needs fixed. Breakfast was typical motel breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Overall, a good value for the money.

There was no hand soap in my room. I had to use body wash my whole stay which felt gross. There was no soundproofing of the rooms either. I could hear people showering as I walked down the hallway. There was a large gap between the door and the floor as well which did not help with sound. It made it feel not very secure or private.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, always asked if needed anything and if everything was okay, very clean room, plenty of hot water when taking a shower, I travel a lot with my job and stay at many different motels and by far this motel is at the top of my list of places to stay, if I’m back in the area I will definitely stay there again

This is a gairly aged property in Enid America. Dated and needs renovation. I was suprised how "un-kept it was. Elevator floor all cracked and duct taped. Overall ok for 1 quick nights sleep. The bed was good enough, tv ok just below average property. Amber the night Audit was super friendly! Very nice lady. I wont stay there again.

I arrived early for check in around noon and totally understand why it was not allowed but was told to come back at 1:30. I was in town from Arizona to visit my baby’s gravesite which I do every year. I went for a visit and came back at 1:30. I was then told by manager I couldn’t check in before 2:30 without a $20 fee… I went for a walk, came back at 2:30 and was unenthusiastically checked in. This lukewarm total vibe made a somber day a little more dreary. Oh yeah, no serviceable ice machines on any 3 floors…

Great place for a great price- only complaint is the washing machines were down. We were there for a ball tournament and it would have been nice to wash smelly uniforms.

If I coulda left no stars I would have. I honestly do not recommend staying here. My biggest concern was the room was absolutely filthy. There was dirty bedding in the closet. No clean linen for the bed hence the dirty was in the closet I needed for the bed but there wasn’t any. There was hair in the tub. And a few dirty spots on the little thin blanket thing they put on the bed. The fold out couch bed had several pee stains. Staff was ok at best. The lady that checked us in seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. That our presence was an inconvenience for her. And that’s it.
