It only takes 10 minutes to the airport yet the location is complicated to identify. Reception has staff at times from 8:30 to 19:00. I got several mosquito bites during waiting in the reception. No lift is the problem. We stay at 4 th floor with 4 luggage. Staff are helpful and nice.

Really enjoyed my stay and being able to cook my own food when needed ! Plenty of shops nearby to get food and drink ! Easy to find from airport after I walked from nearby monorail station.

The facility is in pretty good condition, it's all self check-in never get to meet the hotel staff. The location is quiet but not friendly with public transportation.

If you wanna feel really living in Okinawa rather than being a tourist, this hotel is great for you. There is no service, you don't see the staffs often though they are nice. You can cook and wash your clothes during your stay. But the beds are too soft for sleeping. There's no lift, walking stairs is good exercise.

As the hotel is located in a resident neighbourhood we were worried it was difficult to find. Turned out it wasn't that difficult, just look at the signs posted near the road and you'll find the place. As we arrived late we were told by mail the instructions how to get into our room as staff wasn't around anymore. With instructions on hand we arrived at the place happy to see our name on the wall with a room assigned to us. Instructions to get into the room were easy to follow and we were surprised by the size of the place. Great room, actually, I'm living in a smaller place back here in The Netherlands Nicest place I have stayed in Okinawa so far

Spacious apartment with full set of kitchen equipment. Parking provided. There is no lift and need to use the stair. Fast Wifi.

Location is NOT good and there has NO elevator.But the room is nice. Though it's so cheap, next time I'll book other hotels.

Very Good. Using passcode to enter the room is good. Interior is very new. Beware that there is no elevator. Cannot use the phone number to search it. You have to use google map to locate it unless you know Japanese input.

My family and I had a very happy stay here at Rod Cond. It is located just next to Akamine station with about 5 min drive. Restaurant and convenient stores are around within walking distance. The place is very clean and neat with all the amenities including the cooking utensils, high-speed wifi and washing machine that you may need. It is a modern Japanese- style apartment in the local residential area of the region so you can have a real taste of Okinawa neighborhood living here. The host is very nice and helpful that he even offered to drive us with our heavy luggage to the railway station. Very much impressed with the great hospitality. Highly recommended for family.
