Everything about this place is great. The property, the staff, the rooms and especially the location are 1st rate. The only complaints are that the jacuzzi did not work and the shower head is our room #1033 was old & broken; it had very little pressure and just dripped like a leaky garden hose

We really enjoyed our stay in one of the bungalows. The room was super close to the beach, very large and beautifully styled inside and out

The hotel is located right on Railay Beach so can't fault the location at all as it's within walking distance of Walking Street where all the restaurants and bars are. Some other resorts are more secluded and further to walk to, so glad we got this resort.
The check-in, check-out and other services like booking a two person kayak were great and the staff were friendly, attentive and kept the hotel clean and pristine, especially the garden and pool. However, the rooms and breakfast/restaurant area is a bit outdated. Probably great a decade or two ago, but the place could do with a touch up to make it relive its glory days.
The breakfast was okay, nothing to shout about and we had dinner on the first night which was also so-so, but we were given a 10% food discount.
Finally, I would recommend getting the airport transfer back. Worry-free of getting there on time. 1,600 Baht for the concierge to take your bags to the boat whilst you walk behind, private boat service, golf cart from pier to air-con van that takes you to the airport. Three modes of transport all within the hour!
We would stay here again if we come back to Krabi/Railay Beach and hope to see it with a new lease of life.

Had a pool access room which was very large and nice inside. Friendly staff. Breakfast basic but adequate, beautifully located on the scenic west side of Railay.

This property may have been good at one time, but now it is a bad example of a 4 Star property. The rooms are old, the mattress hard like a wooden board, the toilet full of stains, the pool cushions moldy and the breakfast is very limited. I was double charged for the first night as well and even checked out 3 days early. I've been trying to work with Expedia, since they collected for the first night and they also told me they would work with the property to recover the 3 nights i checked out early. Since nobody is responding, I'm now posting my honest review.

Beautiful property on a nice beach. Easy access to hire a long tail boat to explore other islands. If you are looking for a small quiet relaxing place this is a great option.

Room was not so cleat. Pillows uncomfortable. Staf is friendly. Breakfast buffet options ok, but offers not good Coffee. Food we tried from the menu for lunch and dinner was good.

Amazing views, beautiful pools, on the beach. Adequate breakfast with the usual fair, prepped very well. The signage for the hotel location is really hard to see with a 5 min walk to checkin. Was easy for me to get twisted around with all the different footpaths, but people will help when you ask. Typical Thailand, so kind. 🙏🙏

Unfortunately not so great… when we got in there were no towels in our room. Every time we called the front desk no one picked up so we had to go find them. First night we got room service and my husband definitely got food poisoning from the chicken wings. We also had to find people to clean our room. However the pool and location was amazing, and really made the transfer from krabi to the hotel seamless.

Property is very dated, the smell of sanitary plumbing is overwhelming, the water in thenshower and hand sink never got hot had to take cold showers, the breakfast was not good the fruit was browned and old.

An amazing hotel right on the beach and convenient location. We stayed in one of the bungalows and we were very impressed. Would definitely stay again!

This place is beautiful! The breakfast was yummy and the location is perfection. We loved our room. It was clean and beautiful!! The pools were wonderful too. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to Railay beach. The staff was very kind and helpful as well.

Obviously, the facility is beautiful and in an amazing setting. I just think there's a better way to get guests there than having to bribe the local boatmen and then have a helpful porter at the pier dash off with your luggage. The lady in our group finally had to sit down and let him go because she couldn't keep up with him or walk anymore in that heat.
What is with the beds there? It appeared that I was sleeping on just a box spring and it was super hard.
Overall, a beautiful place, just some really odd things that made it hard to give a high rating to.

The best thing about this property was its location directly on West Railay beach and its close proximity to the walking street through the village. Also, I highly recommend using the hotel's private shuttle and longtail for transportation, which made our arrival and departure very easy. However, the room is in need of a deep cleaning and the breakfast was just okay.

I will say the pools are amazing and it’s worth a stay to see the beach empty in the morning. However the rooms look like they were awesome when they open but haven’t been up kept. Room smelled so musty and moldy we checked out after our first night and went to another hotel for our next. Room took hours to cool off. Shower didn’t drain. Tub smelled like sewege. So if you wanna see the beach stay a night but good luck.

We had a great stay at Railay Village Resort!
Probably one of the top beaches in Thailand right outside the hotel. The pool area was great as well! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Krabi/Railay!
