Hotel is in a great location right on the beach and in walking distance of bars and restaurants. The grounds are attractive and well kept with pools, play area, tennis courts etc. However the building is very dated and badly needs renovation.

I love this Hotel and its excellent breakfasts, close proximity to the beach and town. We have stayed many times but not for the past few years and appreciated the refurbishments which had been carried out.

Great location with a view of the beach from our balcony. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Would personally prefer a walk in shower to a bath/shower combo.

Good meals dinner and breakfast. Evening entertainment was entertaining if you like the organ. Clean rooms. Nice condition. Good staff.

Somewhat dated looking and caters to older clientele (average age seemed to be about 75). Misleading room assignment (promised garden view looked into driveway and was in basement). Nice pool, close to beach, good breakfast.

Everything was perfect. The facilities, the staff, the locations, how clean it is, the swimming pool. The very big flaw is the managment. With the new Corona Rules there is anarchy during breakfast. Staff was doing their best, but you can see there is no leader to organize. There were simple solutions that could easily solve the issues and huge breakfast queues. Change your food managment! And keep your amazing staff

The dining room was a buffet arrangement I prefer a restaurant

We had a wonderful two weeks and would definitely return. The food was excellent with lots of choice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The position right on the beach is also great. Staff were always helpful.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. The breakfast and dinner was ok, as it was included in the price. It was nice to have tea and biscuits in the afternoon. The staff was wonderful. It was winter therefore many retirees were staying here and it was definitely an older crowd. We rented bikes across the street and it is an excellent area to bike. They are building a beautiful boardwalk. I would definitely come back to stay for a short time.

I reported to the receptionist, I think his name was Raphael that I was unhappy with the state of the room and that the bin had not been emptied. I asked to change room, and despite the lady receptionist saying the previous day that the hotel was very quiet, he stated he had no rooms. He was extremely unhelpful, and I would go as far as to say arrogant. The other people working their were fine. I would say that the beds appeared new and the bedding was fine. The areas outside of the room are also good and generally well kept. It is a pleasant location right next to the beach.

This is not a new hotel and some areas are starting to look there age. That said it is a warm and pleasant hotel. The staff are excellent and visitors return here again and again. Worth a visit!
