Fairly new hotel in the Kingston area. Loved everything. Room was kind of dark but it’s all apart of the “ambiance” as they call it, of the hotel. Modern amenities good food.

I arrived late at night and the night staff were amazing (charisee) so helpful, and in the morning everyone was so polite and accommodating , especially ashia-gaye at front desk, overall 10/10 , I will definitely be returning!!!

My 2 day trip was well spent the property was so beautiful I didn’t want to leave. Check in process was so easy and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was very accommodating when a mistake was made with dates when booking to ensure that my family had accommodations for the night when arriving into Kingston. The staff were very thorough and friendly at check in and throughout our stay. The amenities are top tier especially the vibes at night that k was able to enjoy while my teen enjoyed the pool.
The only change I’d like is cleaner floors in the unit other than that the stay was amazing. The people are top tier.
