Great stay here, the only thing we’d say is don’t get a room on the front of the hotel (we were in room 130) and have the window open, as you’ll hear the music and guests coming into and leaving the hotel.

The hotel was very welcoming, and had that new construction smell. Breakfast was great. Service was excellent, I would stay here again.

Its so nice hotel I couldn't believe how nice after searching around Bristol that night. It was all double the price for some reason we took the chance and crossed the bridge it's almost the same time to get to Avonmoith , but its Amazing all new the breakfast just normal no hash browns though

An excellent stay. Useless bar staff. I order 2 pots of tea and a ginger ale from a drinks fountain. Well I was lucky I got tonic water and no teas. She did not complete my order but took my money. Other end of the spectrum as I had run out of tea I called reception, it was delivered in under 5 mins. Some great staff stay, lovely building, but the hotel need to ensure there front line staff are properly trained, and able to offer the same excellent

Good and clean hotel. Room was comfortable but very basic facilities. Hairdryer was missing and no refrigerator in the room.

We just used this as a stop over hotel. Would definitely use again. Staff were friendly the room was very comfortable and clean and the a/c worked and was almost silent. Lovely shower too. Only down points were we got doubled charged, once by hotels.com and then by the actual hotel. We did get a refund but it took a week. The hotel also held £50 on our card for something, I have no idea what, and we had to pay £10 for parking!

It was very clean and efficient, good size room and bathroom, well organised. Better than expected. A bit annoying £10 charge per night for parking.

Hotel was very good, very clean, staff very friendly. Although we had to move rooms 3 times due to the aircon not working it was quickly resolved, the staff were very helpful and welcoming to both me and my husband. Location wise not to much going around but can order from pretty much anywhere on the usual food ordering apps (which is what we did) Building was a little stuffy sadly so just bare that in mind if you don’t like to be warm, saying that aircon did work as intended (in third room)
