When we got to our room, it was super hot, and even we lowered the A/C’s temperature setting, it didn’t do anything and I thought it wad broken. It turned out that the main power had been turned off. It was resolved when I called the front desk, so I’d say to make sure you ask the front desk to check the power when you check in! The room was very clean and quiet, although it felt a little tight. This is the only hotel we've stayed at while on this long trip where the reception desk is on the 13th floor while the guest rooms are below in this high rise building. It was confusing at times.

Location is perfect! The hotel is well kept and the rooms are nice and spacious.

I love the hotel very big rooms compare to Japan standards, it is far from the city and all the main districts, but the train its a few minutes, and takes you everywhere, love all the free amenities and the Onsen. If I come back to Japan, this will be my hotel to come
