It’s a cozy and quaint colonial style of accommodation, room is huge but the bathroom is a bit dated, needs an uplift. The staffs are very friendly, we enjoyed our stay during our short trip.

This small heritage hotel is a gem! It has great character, the rooms are lovely and the staff are all friendly, helpful and made us feel right at home. In addition the artwork and antiques in the main lobby and rooms are interesting and appealing. The hotel is on Love Lane which has a great mixture of restaurants and bars within a two minute walk- but the hotel itself is quiet. If you enjoy an experience instead of a typical standard hotel, you will love this place, we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Penang!

We had a divine experience in this wonderful hotel in the heart of George Town. The owner is kind and wants the very best for your stay. The staff is attentive. The rooms are also massive and the garden is cozy and a great place to relax after exploring Penang.

Gorgeous little heritage boutique hotel, decorated with an eclectic mix of old and modern pieces of artwork. Bedroom and bathroom were huge and the breakfast, served in their restaurant, was excellent. Staff was wonderful and always very helpful! Location was perfect!

Great service and very helpful staff. Eric at the reception is a customer service star! There was scheduled maintenance of the AC in the rooms the day we arrived, but the staff really did their best to get it done, even though it took longer than they had foreseen. Would have liked more variety of fruits for breakfast, but over all highly recommended place for a weekend in Georgetown.

The stuff we’re super friendly and helpful. They really look after the place, from inside to the garden to the amazing breakfast. The best Roti Canai ever. Thanks to Anna, Amajeet and Vikram for looking after us.

Wonderful stay at 23 LoveLane. Staffs were friendly and yet able to give us the space despite the not-so-big premise. The outdoor garden was nice to laze around. Buffet breakfast and afternoon tea was a nice touch, homely style. We should have called ahead to check as during our visit, some renovation/painting work were being carried out and triggered my wife's sinus.

Newly redecorated and stylishly furnished. Easily accessible on ground floor. Friendly and helpfull staff and good western style cooked breakfast. Near an area of restaurants and bars - a disadvantage in my book.
