Fully booked Milan - the only option. I read that the service was bad, but they were even worse. The hotel has potential with new energy and smiles, but they have no emphathy. Sad for them. Come on guys. Put up some friendly signs, buy some flowers and put on your Italian smile. For one night it was adecuate but the rate is greeady. The can do it because of the hot Milan hotel market...

I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". I told him (a young man) that it sometimes happens, and I was going to pay this tax (I showed the invoice of Expedia). Even though I showed the invoice, he reacted in a very aggressive was saying "this is not true" and called me LIAR. I told him that to call a liar is a complete lack of respect and I asked for an apology, he stand up and approach to me showing that he was going to hit me, he said “I will never apologize” and said that he had a Master degree. If a person with Master degree treat his customer, with no reason, he must have some problem.
I am so confused of his reaction because I gave him the 20 Euros, to pay the tax, in his hands then, there was no way of a misunderstanding. He said that he had no balance (the tax was 3 Euros) and aggressively asked me exactly the 3 Euros.

Rooms are very stuffy and hot, there’s no air conditioning. Toilet didn’t have tissue paper and floor was always wet. It’s an okay hotel for just one night and not more!

It was the worst hotel I have ever been in my life!! It was horrible experience! The service qas so bad! The heating wasn’t working at all and we were claiming about that and they told it will be working according to a schedule they have which is at 00:00, and we are already freezing! And at 00:00 the heating wasn’t working! So they gave us a lot of blankets till they fix it in the next day and they never did!!
The toilet was so disgusting and I saw insects!

Its good for one or two nights amd for only sleeping not to enjoy the stay , as no AC in the rooms and 5hr fan is too week , but its ok for sleeping

The pictures posted on the site and the ones you get are completely different. There is nothing but a broken pedestal fan and the room was really hot. The staff are also not very polite. no restaurant either!

I booked akd paid a room via hotel.com. I went to check in after midnight. Everything went normally until employee said, that he can’t find my reservation. He also said that, that this doesn’t use hotels.com. I didn’t get a room and I lost my money to that b&b
I tried to solve that problem with hotels.com’s customer service, but they dont do anything. That b&b doesn’t reply to my mails and disconnect my phone call when they hear what I say. This place is absolutely garbage

For a breakfast you ca eventuell get a coffe. You can hear in your room every word of your neighbours, from every side. The guys in receptions seem to be there for a punischment. I do not reccomend.

Music B&B has friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are named after musicians and not numbered which was interesting. The breakfast was good. I truly appreciated the unlimited latte macchiato’s. The area has a couple of good restaurants around and the metro is about 3 minutes walking distance.

This hotel was ridiculous for the price! The room had a weird smell to it and I got flee bites! One bathroom per a floor that is shared among 3 other rooms. Breakfast includes chocolate cake or chocolate croissant... i wouldn't recommend to anyone and staff members weren't friendly nor helpful.

Completely disappointed not worth the price of $145.00. I was expecting a clean room not one with a weird stench and I also got flee bites, many of them, totally unacceptable!!! One bathroom per a floor that you must share with 3 other rooms (guests). The breakfast that is included consisted of 2 things; chocolate crossaint or chocolate cake. Do not stay here!! Bad location as well!

Half of the stuff mentioned in the room, wasn't there. You get 1 towel, in total, and must use it to your hands, and after shower. The room was dirty, the curtains and sheets was directly disgusting. It was really cold in the room, and you could practically hear everything from the other rooms and reception.
The receptionist when I arrived could barely stand up from his chair to welcome me, and getting my key. I know it was a cheap hotel. But if you expect anything else than just a half-clean bed, I would give the extra 10€ and book another.

The staff member in reception was very helpful and offered all of the advice we needed for our stay, especially helping us to get to the airport in time when we almost missed our plane!

Pros: spacious room, short walk to metro.
Cons: ambivalent receptionists, no blankets, no heating, breakfast not good, charge of 2 Euro per day per person for the use of towels and bed linen.
This is really a low quality hostel and not a hotel or a bed and breakfast. It's late fall and they refused to turn on the heater after multiple requests. They keep telling me the heater is on automatic setting.
They didn't have any blankets so they gave me a bed sheet to use as a blanket. On top of this, upon check in they charge me and my partner each two Euro per night. So a two night stay costs 8 Euro for two small towels! I was so shocked that I didn't think of just refusing to pay for towels for the second night - we didn't want to leave our keys with the reception so they can change the towels and make the bed.
I have never been to a hotel that had such poor service and set up.
