Beautiful view property. Quaint Edwardian property. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast included and one minute from beach, borders park in residential area but near inner harbor.

First of all, the communication with the property about stay was excellent. The property is older, but very well appointed. It is extremely charming and welcoming. We stayed in a large room on the first floor which was great for us. They provide 24/7 tea, coffee, water, and cookies in the dining room. This amenity is self serve. Every morning there is a full breakfast, and the food is superb. The staff and chef are very accommodating. I must add that I have multiple food allergies, and I ate like a queen. The staff asked me questions and took great care, so that I could eat. Quite frankly, I’m used to just sitting and watching others enjoying a great breakfast, but this time, I was also enjoying the breakfast. Overall, it’s the staff that really makes this property outstanding. They were so nice and thoughtful about any needs. This was a girls trip, but I hope to return, so that my husband can have this great experience.

This property is located next to the beach and Beacon Hill Park. It appeared to be on a Historical Register. It was only 10 minutes from downtown. One can walk down the beach stairs and walk along the water. The atmosphere was quaint and inviting. The staff could not be nicer. Dashwood has a beautiful dining room overlooking the harbor. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully plated with fresh fruit. They even had a vegan menu for my granddaughter! Beds were quite comfortable and lots of hot water in the shower. This B&B was a great find!!

Unique old style architecture and decor, like the amenities and the breakfast was really good. We could hear other guests tv etc. in the evening which is the only issue I had.

Dashwood is a beautiful B&B located steps from Beacon Hill Park. Twenty five minute walk through the park to the Parliament building and many attractions. Breakfast served is plentiful and gourmet. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Loved the location and the breakfast. Was surprised and a bit disappointed that there was no freshening of our room...I e. bed was not made, the towels were not rehung and the dirty cups and glasses were not replaced with clean ones.

Property is beautiful and historic. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the views from our room spectacular. Just out of the way enough to not be busy (other than the walkers, dogs and bikes during the day on the trail across the street which was entertaining) but close enough to walk through the adjacent park right into downtown Victoria. Great breakfasts as well.

Nicely restored old mansion in a beautiful location overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca and next to Victoria’s Beacon Hill Park. Excellent breakfast in an elegant dining room. A little over a mile from downtown with excellent paths for walking and biking. Also only about a half mile from a local entertainment district on Cook Street.

An amazing room, comfy bed with huge bathroom! We were in the Somerset with a view of the ocean from the private balcony! Highly recommend the amazing breakfast and service in the ding room. Just remember there are lots of stairs if you book the top rooms
