The unit was easy to find and no problems parking. The room has a great layout and decorated beautifully. Awesome view. However, the floor a/c unit needs some help. The arm does not stay in the window and the wind made it whistle - loudly! Also, there is a large air return vent in the hallway that is very rusted. It took away from the beautiful decor and it is such a quick, easy fix. But, that view from the 9th floor was just amazing!!

Awesome view of the beach and pier. Room was very clean. Well stocked with dishes, towels and linens. The bed and pull out couch was not the greatest but the value for what we paid was awesome

No access to the beach. Even the the resort is in the beach . Only communication was automatic emails. Not a bad place if your going with a few friends.Not the the ideal place to take my family. Daytona is getting pretty run down as well. Coco beach is were its at.

But we were disappointed: reception area is just awful, looks like a cave, ugly colors , NO hospitality, staff is behind 2 big computer screens & not at all visible , bed very soft & mushy, furniture cheap & wobbly. The room can be updated a little more. This room had too many things wrong, such as the fridge leaking and the chairs broken. Other than that, it was okay. The beds were not comfortable. The sofa bed was the most comfortable

I wait 30 minutes to someone to set up my reservation I arrive around 9;30 pm tire and my reservation is not ready in the mail box is unacceptable.. then no Pool really i came for vacation and i have bad experience at this place .
