The hotel was really clean and modern. The pool area was lovely and a welcome relaxing area providing a chill out atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We paid for the hot tub and enjoyed that as a family. I used the outdoor gym which was a brilliant addition, I would have preferred this to be open before 8am but it was fine.

Clean and tidy hotel with roof top terrace and jacuzzi plus swimming pool and spa on basement level. 15-20 minute walk to the Duomo in the buzzing centre of Florence. Local supermarkets and restaurants within 3-4 minute walk but much more choice the closer you get to the centre.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Really liked that there were laundry facilities. View from rooftop was amazing. Room was very quiet especially considering its location. So easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Decor was a bit utilitarian.

Really nice hotel - more than I’d usually spend but was well worth the price. Rooms were spacious and included a full wet bar, on top of the property’s amenities (indoor pool, terrace). A little bit off the beaten path but easy to get everywhere we wanted within 20-30 minutes walking at most. Would certainly stay here again.

The Forte16 property is an amazing choice. Nestled in the heart of Florence, it makes sightseeing highly accessible and the customer service is superb.
My daughter and I came into Florence for a wedding, and upon hearing this, the owner of the hotel spent a considerable amount of time creating a map and sightseeing list for what tto see upon departure. What a kind gesture. We would absolutely stay again!

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Perfect room on streetside but the rooms are very quiet. Roof terrace is really great with an amazing view. It’s a 20 minutes walk to the old centre.

Spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. What I really liked was the breakfast area terrace. The rooftop was also great. Unfortunately I couldn't use the spa and pool. But saw it and looked lovely.
Not too close to the main heart of attractions. But still ok to get a short taxi ride.
Will definitely recommend and stay here if I come back to Florance

I can't say enough about our experience at Forte 16. The room was ready by the time we arrived so they let us check in earlier. The room was beautiful. It was very bright and had robes, slippers and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The amenities were fantastic and we were sure to take advanrage of them. We rented a car and the staff was very accomodating. Very friendly and good location as it was still walking distance to major sights! Will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel was ok. Roof terrace with the jacuzzi was nice. People at the front desk were also nice. Breakfast to be honest, is not worth the money. People working at the buffet where rude and obviously wasn’t enjoying their work. One lady started to yell at a little girl over an opened milk. I asked for white bread and just had an answer there’s bread and when took some other she brought the white bread. I travel lots and don’t bring any trouble with me, always say hello and thank you.

This is our second time staying there. We enjoyed the fact that it is not located in the center of the touristy area, but it is very easy to walk everywhere.
The only hiccup this time is the inconvenience of reserving a time slot to access the pool and sauna. It isn't easy to know exactly when we will return from visiting the city to make those reservations. Every time we checked out the pool area, we noticed the pool was not used.
