We stayed at the hotel along with several family members. We enjoyed the lobby area to meet and talk. The hotel appears to be in new condition with a friendly staff.

Nice, clean, new hotel. Friendly staff, safe area. Perfect for an overnight to rest your head when traveling.

I do not think a hotel guest should pay for parking. Also no free continental breakfast which seems standard for overnight guests. The rooms and staff were very wonderful.

I liked all of the shopping and restaurants around. Didnt like given a key to a room that someone else had already been given the room. Lack of towels in room set of 3 each room instead of 4. A pile of dirty towels in the bathroom when entering my room. Tub faucet was coming out of wall. I cleaned the room with lysol but I did inform the hotel the room was not as clean as it should have been. They did bring lots of more towels and cleaned our room each day after, very grateful for that. We also were given an Happy Hour drink! Also, they'll start charging for parking come Aug 1st. Glad it was still free this week.

This is my second year in a row, stayed 2 nights for Cincinnati Fest, I’d definitely stay here again. Hotel is 15 minutes away from Paycor Stadium. I hope they don’t get rid of free parking, they’ve advised paid parking starts next month, bummer!

We stayed one night when we went to a concert at Riverbend. The hotel is either new or just newly remodeled. We loved how up to date it was. Everything was super clean. Only complaint I have is the bed and pillows were not comfortable. I’d stay here again and if we are ever in the area, I’ll remember this hotel!

I'm giving this poor rating because I had a crazy experience at check-in. When we checked in we were giving our keys and went to the room. When we walked in there were people in our room. We went back down to tell them this is not our room. The said oh sorry we are having issues with our computer and they gave us another room but had the housekeeping person walk us up to the room. She wanted to make sure there was no one in that room. We were not given keys to the room ...they said we would get them later. What in the world?! This was an inconvenience because we had plans to go and about. Come to find out this had happened to multiple people there that day...everyone that we came in contact with had other people in there rooms too!! Our room was not cleaned ever during our stay, even though we asked. For a distinguished place as the Hilton..I was disappointed by this! We were only given a free drink for our troubles. SMH!!

When we were staying, we started to run the microwave and it blew a fuse. Instead of fixing it, they just had us move the microwave to the floor. We went the rest of our stay with only half of the room working.
