Had an amazing stay in the hotel. Nothing much to complain except that it doesn’t have a gym. Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Staff are kind and professional, rooms are large and bathroom was very nice (it has window, tub, shower head, in a roomy bathroom). Surely I will visit again when I visit Okinawa. One thing is that room heading seaside has good view but the opposite side are blocked by other tall buildings. It is better check before reservation. Ah, breakfast buffet is also nice with great view from top floor restaurants. I want to have a Rhiga Royal membership, it seems that it is available only for Japanese people.

The Place is excellent with an amenities bar providing Japanese skin care etc. The lobby also have a good view of Okinawa and I would say everything is all good.

Love the amenities provided by the hotel such as coffee/tea, skin products. Do get the premier room as it so much bigger than the usual jap hotel accomodation.
Only con is the pillow, both my wife and I felt that it was way too soft to our liking. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the hotel stay and would love to come back again!

Staff service and location was excellent.
The WiFi was very spotty. As a VIP Member, a room with a nice view was requested and the room we got had a terrible view. The staff said we couldn't change rooms because they were fully booked however it was obvious they weren't.

Nice hotel in a decent location. Staff was very friendly despite having weak English.
Only real complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable and they only had the hard Japanese-style pillows.
