The property is well located. Staff is cordial and helpful. Nice and spacious rooms. Includes breakfast. Check out is at 1:00 pm.

The lobby was closed when i get to the hotel at 1 am . Nobody open the door until 1am to 5 am. I sleep in the car . Unbelievable. The worst experience in my life.

Great hotel , very clean , friendly staff
The only thing I noticed they should improve is the breakfast menu , more options should be offered. But overall it was fine.

I book with Expedia I have my ID but didn’t have my passport the hotel stuff didn’t want to check me in Also the hotal staff didn’t change pillow case it’s smelly

There was a problem with the ac where it went off a couple of times during the night and I had to get up and turn it back on. Had a very bad night's sleep due to that issue.

Guest could use a complementary bottle of water which was only provided the first day.

4 nights stay for BZ Trip. Aged Hotel. Need to be better maintained (3stars out of 5). Very kind staffs(4stars out of 5). Good location to go anywhere. Nice restaurants near by.

Lovely clean hotel but I am most impressed with how kind friendly and helpful all the staff here have been. My husband is seriously ill in a nearby hospital and I am here alone.I am overwhelmed with the kindness of these wonderful Dominican people who continue to provide support and practical help.
