Average hotel - did us for a couple of nights but it was fairly noisy - like most of Kolkata - but the noise could be reduced by having Windows that close - these metal framed windows didn't

Arrived early and was able to check in early which was great. Room was spacious and clean. Staff brought me water which was nice as it was so hot. Not a bad location but too hot at the moment to walk around calcutta.
Only issue I had was a tried to get room service and both times I called after giving my room number I was hung up on!

I will never stay in this hotel again, web site claimed and even on the telephonic conversation they claimed the hotel was 3 star but the hotel was below average of any standard hotels
