Room was spacious and clean. Shower had some black mold in corners. Even though it’s not on the beach there was a $10 parking fee for staying. Bed was very comfy and breakfast was accommodating.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Stay was good. Breakfast was good. The only problem I have is whoever is in charge of room service needs to pay more attention to the bathroom area like towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. First, we had 3 towels for 4 occupancy. When I asked front desk for an extra towel they said in 30 mins. I went back 45 mins, staff said an hour. I said it’s been over 45 mins. She went to the back and got me one. Second, I was shampooing my hair only to realize there was no conditioner. Staff were very nice and helpful to replace the conditioner after I shower. Didn’t get to use conditioner on my hair. Third - the body wash bottle had very little body wash in it. I only stayed for 2 nights. It barely last for 4 people. These things should be checked at the end of every stay and be replenished. Don’t wait for someone to stay there and complain. It’s an inconvenience for customers and kinda annoying.

Clean and breakfast was nice

Enjoyed the room. Was a great value. The only thing I had issues with was hearing the heavy doors from surrounding rooms open/close frequently and then our night stand clock/alarm was set for 6am so that woke us up this morning. Probably was pre-set by former guests. So aside from being woken up earlier than desired it was a pleasant stay.

This is a must stay hotel! Everything was perfect and the guest we encountered were friendly. I shall return to hotel.

We were there for my daughter's USFA softball world series. It was a block from Publix Field and about 20 min from Frank Brown. Location was nice and clean. Staff was great. They were very understanding have a bunch of young girls running around. We have an AC issue one night and they had another one install that next morning. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful. The room is big enough for my family of 5. The breakfast was wonderful. Several options to choose from. My only frustration was trying to get towels and rags. I asked the person cleaning on the floor we were staying on for additional towels and rags as we first didn’t have enough in the room. She didn’t have any, but took two out of a room she was cleaning and suggested to go to the front desk to get more. The gentleman at the front desk was condescending as he told me to check each floor for the staff as they would have some. I asked staff and him twice before seeing a random cart with two towels and kitchen rags. The beds were extremely hard.

Everything was good except the fact that after using our towels and wash cloths I gave them to the housekeeping staff and when I asked for more they acted like they could not bring anymore. So I had to go buy my own towels and wash cloths. Other than that everything was fine for the most part.

It’s was ok, in the reservation said free parking lot, but at the check in they charge it. Also Breakfast doesn’t have a lot choices!
