The first room I was in had a crazy amount of water coming up from the flooring in the bathroom. The tub had chipping paint on the bottom all over. The drain was absolutely disgusting. The floors throughout the room were sticky and dirty. The bed sheets had pen writing on them from previous guests.

Everything was just fine except for the fact that the walls are so thin you can easily hear people in the hall way. On top of that, there were neighbors for my final three nights who were load from at least 11 pm to 2 am. I couldn’t sleep. The mattress was extremely firm and kind of gave me back pains .

This is not a hotel but a stay for the homeless. Nothing around for food or entertainment. They actually closed the office at 9pm and open back at about 8am. That' not a hotel.

Even though the property is set up for long-term stays, we had a very pleasant four day stay. The refrigerator and stove facilities were very handy.

Stop over for an early SeaTac flight. It was fine, not a hotel I would recommend for much else. Check in clerk was personable and helpful. Room was clean. Neighbors above were noisy throughout the night, but that’s not on the hotel itself.

We had an excellent stay! The room was prefect for 2 people and it was easy to travel to Seattle! We will definitely be returning!

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Red carpet rolled out upon my entry. A team of servants carried me to my room atop a chariot.
None of the above is entirely accurate. Expedia seems to not like my reviews so I thought I’d try again.

I reserved a king bed room months ago and had to settle for a room with a queen bed due them over booking the hotel.

The rooms smelled horrible and the front desk just gave us the common “well he have to clean them” it didn’t smell like cleaner at all. There we also multiple signs and on waiver you even have to sign saying there is no smoking and there was a huge weed smell the entire time come out of one of the rooms. The walls are also thin and the floor is creaky. Beds aren’t comfortable either. If your going to stay here just stay here to sleep and then leave early.

When we booked they were taking shorter stay reservations, but now it seems like longer ones only. The front desk isn’t open 24 hrs, and the guy at the front wasn’t particularly helpful. That said, Clean, good location. Good price. Would stay at again.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. We were there for 2 nights and both nights the noise level in the room above us was extremely loud and sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around all night! I talked to the front desk person the next morning and they could have cared less. When it happened the next night, I contacted the front desk and I was told he'd take care of it. That never happened. Needless to say, we'll never stay here again.

When I checked into the hotel they tried to take a photo copy of my driver’s license. I refused because I don’t want my ID floating around whereas anyone can steel my identity. Who does that? How old school can you be. The bed was hard as a rock very thin mattress. Also the walls were damaged and the chairs were falling apart due to normal wear and tear.
