The water was not working & we weren’t able to shower or use the toilet. The staff allowed us to use the bathroom of the adjacent hotel. Still extremely in convenient. The hotel was clean, the pool and fitness room also clean, staff was nice and dealt with a tough situation the best they could.

The person working the desk when we checked in was so nice and helpful. She was by herself and was handling it so well with a line of people waiting to check in. She was so wonderful!

This is a very nice hotel for a visit to Hershey because it has really good beds, it is close to a lot of the tourist attractions, there is a pool and fitness room, and a really nice breakfast that is included with the price.

Property was very clean, parking is good and well lighted at night. Building across the parking lot is a minor cause for concern. Watched someone leave in the morning with a full plate of food and a 7/11 slurpee cup full of orange juice and walk directly into the building across the parking lot. Staff was pleasant, had to ring bell for service but they were promptly available. Usually front desks are manned full time during regular hours. Not sure that I would stay again.

Front desk staff was helpful and sweet. Very clean facility. Great location to the park and dining!

My main issues with our stay was the overall uncleanliness of our room. Hair and dust all over the floor and surfaces. Bathroom floor smelled of wet dog and had paw prints in the shower. I understand that this is pet friendly but a much more thorough cleaning needs to be done between each guest with animals. My other major issue was how thin the walls/floors are. I asked to have someone clean our room and bring towels, but did not happen. I had to get towels from the front desk myself. Stayed for a concert. It was a short 10-15 minute drive from the venue. Staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was nice. Offered a nice breakfast that was complimentary. Would stay here again!

The water pressure in the shower was VERY LOW! Like it took forever to rinse out the shampoo and conditioner in our hair. We travel a lot and it was the worst water pressure we’ve ever had in a hotel room! Also, the shampoo and conditioner were empty so we had to use the body wash to wash our hair. The iron and ironing board were also dirty with a white powder substance all over it and I had to clean it. Also had to lay a clean towel over the ironing board to be able to use it and didn’t want our clothes to lay on a dirty ironing board. Also, there was some miscommunication with the staff. When we checked in late on Friday the nice(East Indian I think?) guy told us we would be able to able to get late check out on Sunday at noon no problem without an extra charge. We just needed to come to the desk or call Saturday night to let them know we wanted late check out. I called Saturday night after getting back from Hershey park at like 10:30pm or so and left a message. The lady at the front desk called me back and told me late check out would be $25 extra if we wanted to check out at noon. Which was not what the first guy told me when we checked in. 😒 I told her what the first guy told me and she was very short with me and just kept repeating that if we wanted to do late check out at noon it would be $25 extra. She then said that if we wanted late check out at 11:45am that would be free but after that it would be $25. So, I took 11:45am. We won’t stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff was exceptional. A few minor issues that I encountered was one of the elevators was making a funny noise. Housekeeping was very limited to only taking out the trash. The gym was small and some of the equipment was broken.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. Cereal, eggs, sausage, muffins, oatmeal. Check in and out process was excellent. I highly recommend. Very clean, comfortable beds. Very clean bathroom and floors. Was quiet. Small pool but didnt go in it. We stayed for one night to go Hersheypark. Only about 13-15 minute drive. We will definitely consider staying here again for future trips.

My family and I really enjoyed our 4-night stay. The room we stayed in was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and a nice size refrigerator.we’d definitely stay here again in the future.
