It was a quick overnight stay for an early morning flight. The hotel is clean, comfortable and affordable. Like the airport shuttle and they even offer a grab and go breakfast to take with.

Weather did not help. Was raining both days we stayed. There is not a lot of things to do and afyer 5 or 6 everything closes.

It was okay. Did not think the noise was going to be as bad, but the trains and everything was a lot when you just wanted some quiet time. And room kept getting hot even when I kept the A/C on and low and 67 degrees

Nice quiet hotel, easy check in price was decent. But our bathroom was disgusting. Hair on the floors and toilet seat along with moldy water in all corners of the shower. We ran out of everything no tp, tissues, laundry bags, trashbags. Took over an hour for a response.

The truth is that I didn't think I would have so many amenities for that price, incredible service, good breakfast, very new and very clean hotel.

Airport shuttle was none existent. waited over an hour and a half and finally told to take a cab and the hotel would reimburse. That a is after calling 3 times and told 25-40 minute wait. Coffee maker in he room didn't accept the coffee bag and holder. Was told by night person checking us in that they would call uber but day person said they "don't do that". didn't mention they would call lyft.

The location, though close to tge airport, is very industrial. It was suggested by staff to not walk around at night.

The hotel was nice and clean. I particularly liked whatever air fresheners they use for the room. The hotel desk representative was quick, courteous and professional and the breakfast was very good, especially when compared with similar hotels.

I would seek out this hotel again when needing a hotel near Logan. The two staff members I encountered were extremely helpful and kind. The lobby and our room looked newly renovated and fresh, which I always appreciate. We had to leave extremely early in the morning so I could not experience the breakfast service. And unfortunately, our toilet was not working so that made the visit quite unpleasant, but it was clear that the front desk attendant was eager to help us with that if we were staying longer than the one night.
The shuttle service was right on time and seemed to work well for my son and his fiancé.

We had booked two rooms but they failed to confirm one room and it was canceled on us with no options for replacement so we had to split our group and go find a different hotel once we arrived. The new hotel cost us double.

Very nice modern hotel. Needs to keep up a little better on mold in the shower. Can’t believe the maids can’t see it.
Most irrating was the road noise due to a very poor city road patch at a recent water main fix. Big trucks actually vibrate the building when going past. Need much more pressure from hotel management on the city.

Good shopping across the street with TJMax, Starbucks, 5 Guys, and a grocery store. Neighborhood is Hispanic with excellent Mexican restaurant right across the street. Not sure about the safety of this neighborhood. Stay ed close to the hotel.

Hotel was conveniently located near the airport. Free shuttle service worked great for our arrival and departure. A few good choices of restaurants nearby. Short drive by Uber to downtown Boston. Room was clean and free breakfast was decent.

New building with nice amenities. There was a mall across the street with shopping and eating options. Otherwise, it is in more of a warehouse neighborhood. Rooms were very nice, breakfast good, but front service desk was pretty bad. They acted like we were a nuisance for even being there. The exception was the van drive (probably manager), he was exceptional and very helpful getting us to the airport and taking care of all of our bags.

There must be either a bar or restaurant close by because there was really loud music playing until almost midnight.
