My room looked almost nothing like in the picture. One of the walls were patched and the bathroom door seemed broken. The Tv didn’t work and the bed sheets had stains on them. Of course they put all these pretty pictures on their website but once you’re there you see how it really is, and there are no refunds.

The checkin staff was excellent but not once during my 3 day stay was I offered maid service. They never came to make the bed, offer more towels, or sweep and mop the tile floor in my room. Despite being a relatively new hotel the keys for the doors are old school keys which come attatched to a rather large keychain which is a pain to carry around. The balcony room I rented was a little disappointing as the beds are extemely small. I was supposed to have a queen bed but it was about the size of a full sized bed. Thankfully it was just me because if I had anyone else in the room we'd fight over sleeping space.
The hotel is across the street from a night club which blasts music you can hear in your room until Midnight on weeknights and 4am on weekends. Bring ear plugs. The hotel does not have an elevator so you will need to be physically able to climb and descend stairs.

No hot water, no water in the toilet, no lock on the window, mosquito’s on the bed, NO AC, smells really bad, I have to pay extra money on the from desk to move at different room, OMG!!!

Some of the other guests were very noisy, they partied and played loud music until late in the night (2:00 to 3:00 am) other than that everything was fine.

Loved it ! The chairs in the waiting area were so comfortable. We were so happy there is a ATM in the lobby. However, it wasn’t working the day/night we got there. They ended up fixing it after two days out of our four night stay. We booked two rooms 1for me and my fiancé and the other for my parents. Mine had a fan and my parents didn’t. My parents had a tough time sleeping due to the heat so we put our fan in their room and requested for a fan for our room, which we didn’t receive until the last night of our stay due to me talking to the gentleman on the night shift. He stated to be persistent to the morning lady because guest leave daily and she should have had someone give us the fan. Due to lack of communication someone had gave the fan meant for us to a diff room. Besides the fan situation , it was a great stay. There is no designated parking but we had our car in a 24 hour parking lot behind the oxxo. They only accepted cash/pesos and they took real good care of the cars.
