This hotel is so clean that it appears new. It has quiet and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is not free, but you save money if you pay in advance. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. First, the room had a weird, unpleasant smell that lingered the entire time. The bed sheets were stained with crayon-like colors, which made me question the cleanliness of everything. To make matters worse, when we opened the drawers, we found other people's clothes still inside! Clearly, the room hadn't been properly cleaned or checked before we arrived, which is unacceptable. As for the breakfast, it was a complete joke. We got down at 8:30 a.m., and almost everything was gone. We had to wait 20 minutes for more eggs, which tasted strange and were barely edible. For a breakfast that was supposedly "included," it felt like a bait and switch. Overall, this place was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean stay. Definitely not worth the money!

Room was not cleaned. Floors not vacuumed, shower was dirty, windows had so much dust and dirt we wrote “ clean me” on them. Furniture was dirty from not being dusted in a very long time. No top sheet on bed which makes me think it was not clean either. Will never stay there again. We would have complained but it was after midnight when we returned to the room and just wanted to sleep .

Terrible check-in experience. We arrived on time and the room wasn’t ready. Then we had to deal with a rude front desk staff who wouldn’t tell us how long it would take to get a room. A manager finally gave us a replacement room. It was big but didn’t have the two beds I originally needed. Had to sleep on an uncomfortable roll-away bed. Loud music from wedding until 11 pm. And no room service. I have stayed with motels with better service than this.

As my Third stay at this property, It is amazing to know they are consistent. The check in staff on Saturday was amazing. The male front desk staff member was a bit rushed and rude Sunday morning but it’s fine. Overall as a third timer. I was pleased.

other than the lady at Breakfast who was very tentative to us, there was no service to talk about. We checked in at 5pm and had to ask for missing towels . They actually told us housekeeping staff has all gone home so they have no towels to give us ! so 4 of us had to share 2 towels. The next day after we came back to the room in the evening, only to found out the room was never made , nor did our towels got changed. when i asked them for clean towels, they told me no towels! Again! all the housekeeping staff had left! they managed to scout us a couple of clean towers. i asked if we could have a late check out so we can use the pool after they had a chance to clean it. they said nope! is the policy, unless we are a silver member!! this is what holiday Inn service is all abt!!! this is the first holiday Inn w such disappointing service!! if it wasn't the breakfast lady, i wouldn't even give them 1 star! she was the only good thing that happened!

Our room was huge and well appointed. Everything was very clean. The built-in bench with storage was so cool, like a mud room. Staff were all friendly.

The person working the front desk was away for 15m while I waited to be checked it. She did not apologize for the delay and did not seem to care that I was frustrated.

Hotel was very easy to find, very modern and clean. The only “issue” was that the Keurig in our room didn’t work, but with coffee being readily available for free in the lobby, this wasn’t a huge deal at all.

A little old in areas some minor repairs needed. Breakfasts was sub par, no hot chocolate or orange juice.

Unimpressed with the receptionist. After check-in, I tried calling the front desk from my room about 6-7 times over a 10 minute period. The line was busy every time. Finally, I went downstairs to talk with the front desk receptionist. She was over at a nearby bar talking with a worker. She spotted me and lazily walked over to see what I needed. She was able to resolve my issue, but I should not have had to go downstairs to ask a simple question. I also believe she took the front desk phone off the hook. Separately, the air conditioning was very loud in the room, but needed to be on due to the hot weather. I got very little sleep that night.
