The bunk room has 5 custom x-long beds, each with a lamp and charging station, and a 55” TV perfect for movies or gaming after a long day on the beach. The suite with a queen bed and bunks is perfect for a family.

The expansive 2nd floor great room is a space for your entire group to relax and connect while enjoying the phenomenal view. The large, two-island kitchen has high-end appliances including a 48” range with griddle and two dishwashers, a huge pantry, gourmet coffee station and cocktail bar with sink and extra fridge. The enormous custom-built dining table seats 12. Enjoy the views and the fireplace from the large sofas or work a puzzle in the adjacent library.

Catch the bay breeze on one of the 3 beach-side porches, and grill local seafood and vegetables on the generous patio using the grill and outdoor seafood burner. The second-floor screened porch contains a large table and plenty of additional seating for al-fresco dining.
