Typical extended stay hotel, a luttle older and slightly lived in looking, but all was clean and the front desk gal was nice. Beds were nothing special but slept well. No one to check out with when we left, and no key drop.

2 roaches come out the tv to say, whats up . Had me waiting up all night for his homies to arive . Tje place was spotless . They were clean roaches . I just wanted to be alone

VERY PROFESSIONAL I WILL GO BACK SOON

I had just driven around 2 hours and 45 minutes. No one at the front desk, finally someone saw me through the glass locked door, an employee. Said I couldn’t check in until 3pm, okay no problem, I think it was about 1:45. Asked if I could use bathroom was told they didn’t have a bathroom. So I left and came back at 3pm, checked in and as soon as I got through the glass locked door I turned to the right and guess what there was a mens/ woman’s bathroom right there. After receiving my paperwork I noticed I had been charged for and extra $46 and change. So I went to the front desk and nobody was there. There were four younger people trying to check in, or waiting to check in, finally after about 20 minutes someone had come out of the back room, and don’t know the reason but the four people left, and I was still standing there waiting for service, one of the younger people saw to the receptionist you have another customer waiting, and the receptionist walked back into another room with a locked door. I started banging on the counter for service, around five minutes later a different receptionist come out to help. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Will never stay there again.

I am very certain the certain the only thing that was done to clean the room before we arrived was the beds were made. The room smelled of smoke. Microwave was dirty. No soap, no shampoo, no conditioner. There is a cooktop. But no cookware, dishes, ect. If you need soap or any of the before mentioned items you need to go to the desk to get them. Toilet, sink, counter tops dirty. Very certain there was feces on the window blinds. Me and my 10 year old son shared a elavator with my guess was a prostitute. So that was awesome. Fridge had several roaches it. So did the microwave.

From the staff down to the cleanliness of the front lobby & the following hallways on each floor was excellent but once you go into the room it’s a different story. The bed was super uncomfortable it felt like no matter how many blankets or pillows you put on it you’ll never find the comfort this bed was supposed to provide and the roaches was in the hotel room so much I thought they had a key to the room as well they would come from cabinets, hallway from under the door, crawling on the ceiling, etc. I used a whole can of raid throughout my 10 day stay with them.

I didn't like nothing about it because they took 85 off my card and didn't tell me why they took it off
