Very quaint. Owners were willing to go above & beyond

Beautiful place, very nice people, very clean.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was very spacious, and the managers were incredibly kind and helpful. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect. It was just a 10-minute walk from the restaurants on the main street, and even closer to a fantastic brunch spot and a laundromat. There was only one minor issue: we were told we would get extra towels and trash removal, but we had to ask again for those services. Despite this, it was a great stay overall.

It is a clean place to stay. Owner is very friendly and offers some good advice on travel and dining option. Parking is right outside the room. The bed mattress is saggy and needs to be updated. Overall an economical choice.

The property was nice, clean and quaint. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was cute and clean, the bed was comfortable also. Our only issue was they ran out of propane so we had to wait till the evening for hot water, but he kept us updated.

stayed here to visit Yellowstone National Park. Kind staff, clean room (it seems it was renovated recently) and easy parking. Plus the Running Bear Pancake house is so close and walkable, we had breakfast every day there.

Old but well maintained

Never met the staff. However, they were responsive via text. There was what appeared to be a work/construction area at the end of the bldg we were in. The rooms were nice. My only complaint would be the antiquated H/AC unit. It was noisy. I try to remember we were in the mountains. :-) Overall it was a good choice.

The bed was so comfortable and everything was very clean. Not a fancy place but what it lacked in ambience was made up for in park knowledge. The proprietor there was once a tour guide and helped us get the most of what time we had there not to mention his personal involvement in the community.

Comfortable and quiet while viewing yellowstone

The place is super clean and very comfortable. It has a littke kitchenette with the essentials for longer stays. Lisa and Jeff were very friendly. Love the place!

Like many of the properties in West Yellowstone, this one is a bit worn down. But it was clean, quiet (in mid-May) and away from the busier side of town but still walkable. Comfortable bed, great shower, small kitchen. Two minute drive to the West gate of Yellowstone. It is not fancy, but it worked fine for our 4-night stay, and Lisa was very nice and helpful with dining recommendations at check-in.

Super clean, reasonable rates, management was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that we were on a ground floor room and could literally hear every foot step above us. We were in town to see the park so really only used the room after seeing the park and eating out. However, The guests above us returned to their room around 11pm both nights and bathe a screaming young child before finally the noise would stop around 130. This is more of a negative review on sh**ty parents, but also there were many open rooms some of which had been renovated with better sound proofing(according to manager) so I would think those would be filled first and our booking was done 6 weeks prior. Would stay again but ask for an upstairs room that has been renovated.

The property had been well cleaned before I arrived. However it had not been aired out and smelt strongly of disinfectant. Not a problem, but if a screen protected window had been left open, the smell would have abated. On the up-side, loved the coffee pot.

We loved this hotel. Our room had a kitchenette, which is a big money saver if you use it instead of eating out each day. There are two grocery stores in West Yellowstone so it’s super doable. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The linens and towels are fresh, clean, and updated. The building is older and hasn’t been remodeled recently, but we didn’t care. The price was right, the owner friendly and a great resource for park tips, and it’s not like we were there 24-7. We spent long days in the park, and you will too! If you are budget minded, would appreciate access to great park suggestions, and don’t care too much about a glam hotel, this is a good choice for you.

Nice place, friendly staff

Great litte motel! Safe clean & quiet.

Wonderful stay. Warming welcome, located on a quiet substreet of the town (no noise, probably near-to-no noise during touristic season). All amenities I needed were there and the room was very neat. Two small remarks: loose-y tiles in the bathroom (supposedly fixed by next season), and a bit confusing light switches.

Room was clean, all amenities like in the offer. Good choice of tv channels. Rather remote location from the city center. Definitely recommend.

Great Place to Stay without taking out a 2nd mortgage, Clean and up to Date

Affordable but nice cabin like feeling. Not fancy, but comfortable and easy access to West Yellowstone and park entrance. Owners seem to care a lot for their guests.

Loved our stay at this property! Beds were comfy, it was quiet and parking right in front of the door. Jeff met me in the office when we arrived and was super pleasant, personable and accommodating! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cute and clean small town motel. Jeff checked us in on our arrival and had lots of suggestions of activities in town as well as where to get breakfast in the morning. Was a short drive from Yellowstone park. We stayed 3 nights, very quiet which I love! And had a fan in the room for this girl that’s needs some white noise to sleep at night. Bed was comfy after long days in the park.

Just what you would expect from a motel.

Good Points: We did like that it was a Mom & Pop run business. The owners were very nice and hospitable.The room was neat and clean. The motel was close to the stores and restaurants. Although our TV did not work our entire stay we able to hear the TV in the room next to us.
