Emmanuel was very friendly & helpful. He gave us a lot of information about CR & tours in Monteverde. The village St. Elena can be reached by foot within 10 minutes. Breakfast was good.

Our room was a little bit dark (small window & one to the aisle) & the angle for the parking lot needs to getting used to.

close to the town town, but still not in the middle of the crowd. very nice and helpful staff and good breakfast. if you need to use the kitchen, it is also possible

Breakfast was delicious! Typical soda, it was nice to have a good meal before doing activities all day. Emmanuel helped us book all of our activities, and made it very easy! He is friendly and very helpful. The restaurant next to the BnB is delicious too!!

emmanuel is always there for you, gives great and honest advice. if you want a cheap, simple and clean stay for 2-3 nights its perfect.

The best host we had on our 18days trip. Emanuel is extremely helpful and we had a nice evening of chatting. The soda of his sister and her husband nearby is very good and we can recommend the fish and the chicken with passionfruit. In the B&B you have a very good breakfast (continental or Costa Rican style) with fruits as well and coffee and tea the whole day which we really appreciated. The rooms are basic but clean. We had no noise problems, cause after a crazy drive we slept like babies.

Due to the weather the rooms are very humid and a little musty.

The family (Emmanuel, Rosa) and their employee who makes breakfast and cleans were just lovely. They are very organized with a map of Monteverde provided on arrival. Rosa checked me in and with my limited Spanish I could still understand her recommendations for dinner (the soda next too Casa Jungle is highly rated). She provided me with Emmanuel's what's app/card as I arrived later in the evening. Emmanuel took care of my transport to the cloud forest and my coffee tour, promptly. He also helped me when my shuttle to San Jose was late. The Costa Rican breakfast was good and filling. Netflix in the room was appreciated on a rainy night indoors. Easy and quick walk to the rest of town. Good value!

Great place to stay, about 5-8 mins walking from downtown. The room was spacious enough for us and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was welcoming and provided all the support necessary for tours and transfers. The breakfast was good considering the price, having two options to choose from.

the only thing I would say (and it’s not a massive issue) is the breakfast finishes a bit early at 8.30am. I was very tired front travelling around a lot and so preferred the lie in

Everything was amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Monteverde. Location was great, Emmanuel was the most helpful person in the universe!
