We had the most amazing holiday, the hotel employees couldn't do enough to help and were incredibly friendly with out two young children. The evening entertainment was brilliant and the hotel facilities were exactly what we wanted. The only slight bit of feedback would be that more vegan options at the restaurant would be great...but that's a very specific point and generally the food was great.

Lovely family resort , good for kids. Lift accessibility was limited and waited long for lifts to arrive.

Staff were very friendly and service was generally very quick. Room and bathroom were large and clean but some decor throughout the hotel was a bit dated. We felt the facilities weren’t big enough for the number of potential guests. We didn’t have very good weather for most of our stay but there weren’t enough sun beds round the main pool when the sun came out. Kids club was great and they did a range of activities and mini disco every night - the staff were really enthusiastic and clearly cared for the children. Our 6 yr old daughter loved the slide pool. We were really disappointed with the food. There wasn’t much variety in the main buffet. No freshly cut fruit, some tinned fruit. Desserts were the same every day/night and weren’t replenished quick enough. We went to the Italian restaurant once and found our meal appalling (pasta too salty, starters sat out too long). We saw some evening entertainment which was fine. I wouldn’t say it was a 5* hotel.

Only negative was 2 out of the 4 restaurants were closed so the main buffet area was congested at times. The adults area was shutdown during our stay as the pool needed maintenance but it would be unfair to criticise them for this. Overall we were very happy and would definitely go back.

I loved the staff everyone was so friendlythe location was perfect and walking distance to the beaches lively bars and great trails, and rooms were big and beautiful but this is what I didn’t like the food was horrible undercooked or overcooked so many kids putting there hands on buffet food. I believe they tried there best but food needs to improve. The drinks were bad as well you couldn’t get a decent drink except for the wine. I paid for all inclusive but ended up eating out every night and buying groceries.. I’m not sure I could stay here again I was dissapointed…..

Location is excellent. Rooms are big and comfortable. Pool and playing areas excellent. Nighy shows are of good quality. Nice walk to Marina from the hotel. Fantastic service from all staff. Food, all inclusive, was really good. A very good experience overall.

Very enjoyable stay…. Will defo go back soon. Everything from checkin, to rooms, to food, to drinks where too notch . The service and facilities were excellent too topped up with super friendly staff.

The hotel is big, but for a reason. There are differ areas- family, kids adult only, so it benefits from the size. We utilised the adults only area and found it really peaceful. The staff are amazing and keen to help. All-inclusive food is good and varied, but we get bored so eat out after a couple of nights. The location is on the seafront. It is in a very quiet area, but the marina and the town are within walking distance ( 20 mins to marina and further 20 mins to Playa Blanca town. I would definitely recommend.

Great food with lots to of variety. Realistically I would say this is a 4* or 4+ Rather than 5* hotel but it is good value for money.

Great hotel, lovely food, perfect location. Perfect get away for families and couples alike. Three great restaurants serving loads of choices, good for kids and adults.

Food was great, good chiice and quality. Fab minidisco for kids

Brilliant hotel with lovely amenities. Food / drink couldn't be faulted, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great, had a very private balcony / terrace with brilliant sea views. Hotel would be highly recommended. Only down side is the area of Lanzarote - there is limited local shopping, cafes / restaurants and evening entertainment. Hotel is great and had everything we needed, but there was little within the area to leave the hotel for.
