Be sure to calibrate your expectations: this is not a luxury apartment. It was, however, an excellent value. While the building wasn't new, the room was well-kept. We were able to find parking each night on the street in front, but had to relocate the car closer one night.
The owner is helpful and friendly, and the included breakfast of fruit, eggs, and gallo pinto was solid (especially at this price point).

Good value for the money. Our room had exactly what we needed and nothing more. We were not expecting much, just an afforable, safe, place to hang out hat for the weekend and this place met those needs.

This ia a excellent hostel. The room is clean and big and bathroom is nice. Perfect service of the staff. For sure value for money.

Very good, bare bones budget hotel. Staff was excellent,central location and a good price. Would definatly stay again if back in the area.
