I don’t think it’s correct to write on booking.com that the accommodation will be a room with two beds, and then there are only dormitories. I had to find a new accommodation for the time being in Surabaya because the room I paid for did not exist. I didn’t want to sleep in a dormitory, otherwise I would have chosen another structure. Plus, it was dirty and also a very unsafe place, as there were no room keys and no lockers, so everyone could just come in the room whenever they wanted. I felt unsafe for me and my belongings. Therefore I booked another room. If you are thinking of booking a double room, it is now it’s a scam, it doesn’t exist.

It is a good location and totally good value for money. Its ok for 1-2 nights. They cleaned the toilets regularly.

The sheets weren‘t clean, you don‘t get towels. The pictures look like they were taken a while ago. We tried to contact the hostel several times before our stay to ask them about tours and they didn‘t answer us.

The hostel is not clean. The bed sheets had stains. The toilets were dirty and there was no soap by the sinks. The breakfast is very simple (loaf and butter).
