As you arrive, the charming front porch with its inviting rocking chairs greets you, offering a hint of the warmth and hospitality inside. Step through the door, and you'll find yourself in a beautifully designed open-concept space where the kitchen, living, and dining areas flow seamlessly together. The kitchen is a culinary dream, fully stocked with every essential, stainless steel appliances, and two refrigerators to accommodate all your needs. The large kitchen island seats four, making it the perfect spot for casual gatherings, while the dining area, with seating for eight, is ideal for more formal meals.

3. **Shoes Off Upstairs:** To help maintain cleanliness and comfort, please remove your shoes before going upstairs. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the carpets and floors clean.
4. **Pets:** Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been given (SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY). If you have received approval to bring a pet, please ensure they are supervised at all times, kept off furniture, and do not cause any damage.
5. **Quiet Hours:** Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in the termination of your stay without a refund.
6. **No Parties or Events:** To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we do not allow parties or events at the townhome.
7. **Check-In/Check-Out:** Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Please adhere to these times unless prior arrangements have been made.
8. **Garbage Disposal:** Please dispose of your garbage in the provided bins. If you're staying for an extended period, we kindly ask that you take the bins to the curb on designated trash collection days.
9. **Respect the Furnishings:** Please do not rearrange furniture or take any items out of the home. If something is broken or damaged during your stay, let us know immediately.

The property had been beautifully redone. It was exceptionally well stocked, particularly in the kitchen.We loved the neighborhood, and enjoyed the walk to campus. We would not hesitate to return if it is available when we are in town with a large group.
