Crew Housing provides rental management and marketing services on behalf of homeowners (the “Owner”) who rent their properties to guests (the "Guest" or "you") seeking accommodations on a short term or long-term basis. We are the Owner's local representation and the properties authorized representative who will perform the services related to your reservation. By booking the home and services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this guest agreement (the "House Rules"). This agreement applies to both short-term rentals and long-term leased rentals.

Airbnb allows Hosts to add a written set of additional rules to their standard House Rules. Hosts’ additional rules specify and set conditions for matters that are not addressed or those that superseded the standard default Airbnb policies.

We are hard working hosts with collectively more than 20 years of industry experience. Our team has hosted over 10,000 stays and welcomed more than 100,000 guests! Over the years we’ve learned a thing or two and we’ve seen it all; the good to the bad to the ugly. We have learned what works and what doesn't, and have crafted our House Rules to ensure a clear and comfortable experience for all of our valued guests. Our House Rules are designed to prevent any issues from arising, and to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all. They are written clearly to establish clear guidelines and expectations for all parties involved.

Good communication between a Host and guest is important for successful stays. We are a dedicated team who work 8am - 10pm 7 days per week. During our working hours we respond to inquiries on the platform within 1 hour or less.

1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 4pm (4pm - 12am)

1. We provide check in details the morning of check in
2. We send all check-in details on airbnb.
3. Upon arrival we ask that you inspect the property and let us know within the first hour of arrival if you identify any issues or have specific questions or concerns.
4. Please remember we do our best to ensure you are happy and comfortable. If you need something, say something. We are here to help. Please don't be shy.

Check-out: 11am

1. PLEASE send us a message on airbnb when you leave the property.
2. Please make sure to turn off all lights, appliances and air conditioning.
3. Please lock all windows and doors before leaving.
4. Please wash and put away any dishes used during your stay.
5. Please ensure the fridge is empty and clean.
6. Please remove all personal belongings from the property.
7. Please ensure that all trash is property disposed of.
8. Please report any stains, damage or if anything was broken prior to departure.
9. Please have an awesome day and travel safely!

2. EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT

Please note that an accepted request to book does not guarantee approval for early check-in or late check-out. Additional fees may apply for early check-in or late check-out, and these must be pre-approved in writing on the Airbnb platform to avoid any confusion or disputes. Guests are responsible for notifying the host on the Airbnb platform when vacating the property to avoid any late check-out fees. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in and/or late check out time was approved.

Early check in has a flat fee of $50 that can be paid at time of approval.

Pre-approved late check out is charged at $50 per hour. Late check out is billed per hour, no fractional hours will be billed we round up to the next hour. You must notify us on the platform when you vacate, failure to do so will result in a $250 flat rate late check out fee.

NON PRE-APPROVED late check outs are very disruptive to our cleaning schedule and incoming guests. For this reason if you check out late and it is not pre-approved (in writing on airbnb for clarity and to avoid dispute and confusion) you will be charged $100 per hour, without limitation. You must notify us on the platform when you vacate in order to avoid a dispute about check out time. Failure to notify us on airbnb when you vacate will result in a minimum late check out fee of $300 but can exceed $300 with documentation if you have stayed longer than 3 hours. This can get pricey, so please be sure to send a message on the airbnb platform when you vacate. Also please be courteous to our housekeeping team if they are onsite waiting for you to vacate.

You accept these terms and you authorize airbnb to charge you these fees without dispute.

3. WHAT WE PROVIDE: COFFEE + CONSUMABLES + KITCHEN + LINENS + MISC

We want your stay to be comfortable so we do our best to provide the amenities you require. Please review a full list of amenities provided in the airbnb listing details.

In the rare event that a listed amenity is missing please contact us immediately and we will resolve and/or restock within 24 hours.

Coffee

We provide a basic coffee station set up which includes a Kurig coffee machine, coffee pods, sugar and Coffee-mate powdered creamer.

Consumables

Toilet paper: 4 rolls per bathroom
Paper Towel: 1 roll in the kitchen
Kitchen: Salt + pepper + cooking oil
Hand soaps: Soap on each sink
Shower(s): Shampoo, condition and shower gel
Cleaning products: Garbage bags, + an all purpose cleaner spray
Washing machine (when applicable): Laundry soap

While we wish we could provide an infinite amount of coffee and consumables we provide a basic set up to get you started. This should last at least your first few days or weeks depending on group size and consumption. Once the consumables have been consumed it is the guests responsibility to restock for themselves.

In The Kitchen

We provide a basic kitchen set up that is sufficient for most basic cooking needs. Pots + Pans, Cutlery, Dishes, Glassware. If you are planning a meal and require anything more than the most basic essentials please plan to bring these items yourself.

For example we do not provide: oversize pots for large portion preparation, baking dishes and/or supplies, casseroles, qty of mixing bowls, qty of servicing dishes, tupperware, aluminum foil, plastic wrap

Linens

Beds are made with quality clean linens; fitted sheet and flat sheet and include 2-4 pillows per bed (2 for single 4 for double and queen) Beds are made comforter and/or quilt and we provide a minimum of 1 shower towel per guest + 1 kitchen dish towels. For sofa beds, air mattresses and cots we supply extra linens. We do not offer a towel or linen change service however most of our properties have laundry facilities.

4. THE 48 HOUR AGREEMENT / CANCELATION POLICY

This House Rule addresses the reasonable response time for safety and non-safety related issues and/or concerns that guests may encounter while staying at the property listed on Airbnb. It works in conjunction with the Cancellation Policy that has been established for the property. As hosts, we understand that guests expect quality accommodations that meet strict quality standards and adhere to Airbnb hosting guidelines. Therefore, we have established the "48 hour agreement" to ensure that any issues or concerns that guests may have are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.


The 48 hour agreement stipulates that under no circumstances can a reservation be canceled or altered for any reason other than our failure as hosts to address a reasonable non-safety related concern and/or complaint within a reasonable timeline. We have established that timeline to be 48 hours. We will respond to requests providing it is amenity or cleaning related and not an aesthetic or matter of personal opinion. We will respond/resolve within 48 hours by which the 48 hour clock starts the
