To issue the access card it is mandatory to send photos of all guests. Photos will be requested after booking confirmation and must be send WITHIN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. If pictures are sent while you are in the building or 1 day before arrival, we will not be able to accommodate your request. No exceptions.

Access cards these give you the ability to roam freely through the building and 1 Hotel, as well as access to amenities within the building:
