The £100 to use the car park. V basic breakfast.

We arrived very late (2 am) after driving for more than 20 hours. We contacted the hotel to let them know that we would be late. They were there to check us in.

Comfortable overnight stay. Even though it was busy with sports teams it was very quiet.

Friendly and helpful staff.
The room was very clean and very comfortable, with a very nice coffee maker. The breakfast is nice too. Definitely come back when in Gent again.
You need a car/taxi to get to the hotel.

The Hotel is a good size room and service, the staff (Kevin) helped us when I forget bring our adaptor of phone charger (on site purchase would be 25 euro!!).
Overall is good except the 19 euro/night parking charge is too much.

The hotel staff was always available if needed. The room was comfortable, and clean. Room included black out curtains which was great. There is also public transport available within walking distance which was great.

Our stay in Gent was quite wonderful as the city was more beautiful than we expected. The Gent express is within a short bus ride from the city centre and so was worth staying at. The breakfast buffet was excellent and so was the bar. The staff at the front desk were also very helpful with whatever requests we had.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but a little basic. The location was OK, but it was quite a wait for a bus into town.
What made the trip was the staff - they went out of their way to help us with anything we needed!

Parking charge is the worst and it is 19EUR per night which is very expensive than a city centre car park.
Overall the room was decent and service is good. Breakfast is average. It is continental and not a cooked breakfast.
It is near a football stadium and when I went it is a match day. The traffic is horrible and too many fans on the road walking and biking. It would be nicer to avoid on a match day.

It was filthy, we arrived very late so we had no chance to discuss it with management. The carpets were so dirty. The bath was so so dirty. Hairs on the shower curtain and bath. I tried to have a shower but tub was nearly blocked. I would never stay there again...
