Completely renovated with a modern industrial flare! This home boosts tons of character. Exposed brick walls, a loft, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious living room equipped with CableTV, Netflix, and high speed WiFi ensures you have everything you need to relax. Close to the highway and just 5 minutes from the downtown Kitchener Tech hub. Easy access to city transit makes this location ideal for anyone. A short drive to the Kitchener Aud., Lot 42, or walk the trail to Victoria Park.2

We have installed a NoiseAware noise monitoring. This tamper-proof monitor is used to measure decibel levels (noise levels) within the home. It does NOT record or monitor conversations, it is simply used to track how loud it is at a given time. The exterior is also subject to surveillance.
Our home is our pride and joy and should respectfully be left in the same tidy and neat condition it was upon your arrival. We welcome you to come stay with us and enjoy it here in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area!

Check-in/Check-out:
• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM.
• Check-out is by 11 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
No Smoking:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas only.
No Pets:
• We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property.
No Parties or Events:
• Please respect our quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Loud music or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
Maximum Occupancy:
• The house accommodates up to 6 guests. No additional guests without prior approval.
Cleanliness:
• Please treat the house as your own. We kindly ask you to leave it in a tidy condition.
• Take out the trash and load the dishwasher before you leave.
Damage:
• You will be responsible for any damages caused during your stay. Please report any issues
immediately.
Parking:
• If applicable, please use the designated parking space. Be mindful of neighbors and avoid blocking driveways.
Security:
• Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
Children:
• If traveling with children, please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, and other potentially dangerous areas.
