Enjoy quality time with your loved ones at this chic beach and poolside villa. Make sure to pack your swimwear and camera to capture unforgettable moments during your Dubai stay at this stunning villa by the shore. Situated in Frond K, this villa is fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, linens, towels, and all the little things that count. In addition to a private swimming pool, the villa boasts its own beach, a large landscaped garden, and BBQ amenities.
Disconnect from reality and indulge in the picturesque views of this villa that offer a great opportunity to make lasting memories.This five-bedroom villa contains two separate lounge spaces, both containing flat-screen TVs & lounge seating that open to either the garden or private pool respectively. The dining area is furnished with a table to seat ten comfortably, a buffet unit, stunning wall art and large dressed windows. Guests may access the fully-equipped kitchen with a utility island, separate breakfast dining area and all the necessary appliances for a seamless stay.
Master Bedroom
The master suite manages to maximize on space despite being fully furnished with a king-size bed and premium bedding, two dressing chairs, a vanity table and a full-length mirror. The walk-in-wardrobe has ample space for all of your holiday essentials and leads to the master en suite, with a Jacuzzi tub, large sink area and shower unit.
It consists of:
- Spacious and equipped living and dining room
- Kitchen (fully equipped)
- Master Bedroom (King Size Bed, attached bathroom)
- 2nd Bedroom (Queen Size Bed)
- 3rd Bedroom (King Size Bed, attached bathroom)
- 4th Bedroom (King Size Bed, attached bathroom)
- Fifth Bedroom (guest room with the Sofa bed)
- 6th bedroom, small room / maids' room (bunk bed, attached bathroom)
- Utility Room
- 5 x Bathrooms
- Guest Washroom (powder room)
- Backyard with the Table, chairs, sunbeds, swimming pool and BBQ area.
Included in the price:
- All utilities: (Electricity, Water, A/C, High Speed Internet, TV with more than 200 International channels)
- Deep cleaning prior to check-in and after the check-out
- Access to the beach and swimming pool (heated pool)
- Parking spaces (2 in the garage, 2 in front of the villa)
As for the facilities, the guests will enjoy all the benefits of beach-side living, a private beach right at the doorstep with the sunbeds, the private swimming pool, lounge area and a landscaped garden. As an added benefit there is a barbecue station for those lovely evenings on the beach when you want to be a chef!
One of our guest relations will be always in contact over the phone with guests.
1) Check-in / check-out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charge!
- Standard check-in time is between 03:00 pm to 12:00 AM.
-Standard check-out time is 12:00 pm. The charge for a late check-out varies depending on the timing and availability.
2) Standard occupancy is 10 persons, maximum occupancy is 12 persons.
- Beds for 10 people
- Bunk bed in the small room / maids room good for 2 persons
3) We will need passport copies of all guests and visitors at least 48 hours in advance in order to register your stay with the Building Security. Note that if passport copies are not provided on time we cannot guarantee check-in.
4) All our properties are licensed holiday homes located in residential communities. It is not a hotel nor part of any resort or commercial complex.
5) This is residential building, bachelor parties, events and commercial activities are not allowed and cause immediate eviction and fines.
1. All staying guests need to provide a passport copy before check-in as it is a mandatory requirement from DTCM (Dubai Tourism Dept) and some building management.
2. Before check in the Holiday Home Guest check-in document to be signed by the guest booked which constitutes a Holiday Home contract between the Licensee and the Guest.
3. A security deposit of 5000 AED or equivalent in USD to be paid before check-in. This may be paid in cash or by credit card authorisation. Conduct that is not accordance with house rules may result in charges against the security deposit and/or eviction of the Guest. Payment of additional fees depending on damage to the Holiday Home or others
4. Access cards and keys are important assets of property and if lost, a replacement fee will be collected from security deposit.
5. To respect the residential purpose of the Holiday Home.
6. Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbours, refrain from any uncivilized/inappropriate behaviour
7. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbours, during arrival and departure and at any time during occupancy, especially between 10pm-8am. Noise is too loud if it can be heard by an adjacent neighbour when inside their house with their windows and doors closed.
8. Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
9. Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreation areas.
10. Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval of the owner of the Unit.
11. Comply with vehicle parking rules, show consideration to and cause the minimum disturbance to others in respect of parking.
12. To dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance normal practice at the unit and building or community and in the allocated bins and areas.
13. Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas. They must comply with requirements in relation to the relevant garbage and recycling collection days, as well as any requirements relating to the disposal of garbage or waste minimization
14. Guest should take of their valuable personal things at all times and we will not be responsible for any loss.
