• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. We’ll do our best to make it happen! But It’s best to plan for a 3PM check-in in case we're unable to accommodate an early check-in.

2. Luggage storage?
Unfortunately we do not have our own storage space. Contact us to see if it's possible to drop off the luggages before check in. You can find several places in the city that store any bag for as little as $6.90/day. Contact us for more information.

3. Do you offer daily cleaning?
We don't offer daily housekeeping, however if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost.

4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light cleaning with replacement of towels and sheets.

5. Do you replenish supplies?
Our apartments are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.

The space features 2 bathrooms with complimentary essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper) and a hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped - stove, oven, air fryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include a knife set, coffee maker, utensils and cookware.

DINING
Dining table with seating for 4 people that opens to the living area.

PARKING
There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. However we highly recommend not bringing a car - there are plenty of Ubers, taxis, trains and buses readily available for you to get around the city. If you are bringing a car, you can check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

HOUSE RULES

• PETS: We are a pet-friendly property! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet with a pet weight limit of 50 lbs per pet and up to 2 pets only. Any unauthorized pets will result a penalty of $300 which will go towards deep cleaning of the property.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 3PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to inquire about availability and rates for an early check-in.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to inquire about the availability and rates for an early check-out. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in any outdoor spaces, including the balcony and rooftop. There is a smoking fine of $500.

• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.

• MAIL & PACKAGES: You are free to send mail and packages to the building. However, we will not take responsibility for mail packages and deliveries. We highly recommend that you send it to the nearest pick up location.
