No soap or floor mat in the bathroom upon arrival. No house keeping during our stay. When we asked for fresh towels they gave us 4 floor mats and two bath towels.

Very pleased with this hotel! Updated furniture & decor with nice amenities like pool, gym, laundry. The best part was the breakfast bar! Also a nice pool table in the lobby/commons area. Definitely recommend! Only thing that I didn’t like is that the staff never came to change sheets or clean the room my whole 4 day stay. Had to ask for towels multiple times. Other than that it was perfect!

Reasonable rate, decent breakfast, great staff, loved the pool table and seating options in lobby. Great amenities. Sorry I didn’t get to try the pool but it looked inviting.

Great concept for this hotel but there is no real customer service. The colors are nice . but the hotel itself is very minimalistic. The room was dirty and needed sweeping. The bathroom needed cleaning. The shower was dirty and had hair in it. When you went to the desk for help they treated you like you were bothering them. The outside area by the pool was nice. There was coffee all day but if you got it in the evening you could tell it had been sitting all day. Hilton you dissappointed me. Ih and the fire alarm get going off. We didnt know wheter to stay or leave.

The hotel recently opened. It is very clean with modern furniture and a few streaming options on the TV. Would've liked to see more services installed or have the option to watch shows on Apple TV , Hulu, and Netflix. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Took no time to get extra towels to my room and to the pool. I really enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton!

They cancelled my room without notifying me. I flew into Panama City. Ubered to the hotel. Only to be told they over booked the hotel and my room was canelled

Pros: price wasn’t bad, it was fairly clean, easy parking, coffee available 24/7, breakfast 6-10am, has a pool and gym, activities like pool table and games(but not many so we’re in use by others) Cons: bed wasn’t comfortable, poor water pressure for us on the 5th floor, breakfast with very limited options, not within walking distance to anything I was only there for one night so it was fine and if I had a one night stay I’d do it again. If I were coming for a longer period I’d probably go elsewhere.

We were given a room near the elevator as I requested. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The pool was clean and usable. The lobby was inviting, with a pool table.

Booked this place because it was a newer hotel and it’s not far from the beach. The room was clean and spacious for two adults (King room). Comes with a mini fridge (no microwave/one in lobby) Sadly the wifi was one of the worse experience we had when this hotel is as new as it is. It was barely useable and the site stated you can buy a premium WiFi but there’s no way to do that. The location was good for many restaurants and places to explore for Panama beach city. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The choice for bedding is limited as they only offer down-feather pillows and very thin blankets unless you ask for something thicker(duvet) at the front desk. Didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. Hotel offers free use of their guest access laundry machines. Two LG HE type washer and dryers. (Bring your own detergent/softener) The over stay is great for the price, minus the wifi being unreliable when trying to look up local places or to even watch YouTube. (Hotel only offers their own YouTube channel/can’t access anything else:login)

I love that they had hot breakfast the rooms was very clean the staff was friendly as well .this is gonna bemy permanent stay place when i visit this area again.

This hotel is newly opened and still have some minor problems to workout, we had a minor issue, but the staff was able to quickly work out the problems.

Recently opened property when we arrived. The facility was very clean and modern. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We were no more than 10 minutes from all the dining and shopping options but more importantly we were very close to public beach access and parking. Definitely worth the stay and we will certainly be going again.

My 1 and only negative is the size of the room it was a little tight for 3or 4 guests

Great property with brand new A/C split system. Very efficient, clean and economical as long as maintenance team continue changing air filters on time and often. Nice views from the windows. Every room has unique views. Recommended to everyone visit this resort and enjoy quiet and relaxed time. Rooms are very clean, breakfast top notch, omelette and bacon options are great. Organic orange and apple juice gives you the taste of the future! This resort fills like Cancun resort scenery. After inspection of the window seal, confirmed all four corners sealed properly and up to code. Electrical - GFCI outlet properly installed and trip/reset button operated correctly. Litgting sensors switches sensitivity set to 10-15 min to shut off the lighting. Very efficient and organized resort and everything up to code.
