Queen bed, a futon, and an air mattress can sleep 5-6. This is a studio but sleeping areas are separated with curtains. It's very quiet. Full kitchen, fully stocked.

The Snuggery is a new, light, cozy lower-level apartment in an historic area in Chapel Hill with a separate entrance and its own charming outside space. Newly renovated, all amenities are new in 2023. It’s perfect for a family where kids or teens can sleep in the nook while the family gathers in the main area. Walk to the Botanical Gardens or UNC. This is a quiet neighborhood so we have quiet hours from 10 pm -8 am outside and similarly inside. All plumbing is new but only toilet paper can be flushed.
