The biggest compliment we can share is our incredible desire to return to this perfect home as soon as possible. Thank you for a great family vacation retreat! Beautiful home, comfortable beds with luxurious bedding, well-stocked kitchen and the house was immaculately clean. The extra touches like ground coffee in the fridge and espresso pods, lots of cooking spices and the wonderful welcome bottle of 1967 wine were a very wonderful, thoughtful touch. Perfect home for 2 to 3 couples. Lots of privacy in every room with great shared spaces. If you enjoy beautiful walks, then this location is prime: Great coffee shop 2 blocks away, and Canyon Road closeby -- and if you don't feel like walking.....it's a $6 Uber to the Plaza and you don't have to worry about parking. Perfect!

Our stay was better than any vrbo or airbnb that we have used. All seven of us had privacy and great places in and out to be together. It was hard to leave in the morning...

Wendy, Thanks for the clear directions regarding how to access the lockbox. A couple of times before we were challenged by those little contraptions. This time your thoroughness made it work smoothly. The driving directions were very clear and helpful. In the future, you might note where a couple of super markets are located in case people want to stock up prior to arriving at your properties. Thank you and your staff for your professionalism and for finding such delightful properties.

We've stayed at this property multiple times and love it. Here are a couple of suggestions. The Gas Grill propane tank was out. It should be checked prior to arrivals or have an extra one on hand. The delivery of the new one was quick and appreciated. The heavy rains left a few leaks in the roof. One was dripping on my niece while she was trying to sleep. The other leaks were mild. The oven gets really hot...might need to get it checked out. Othere than that the place was perfect for us.

Could walk to the Plaza and surrounding restaurants, Canyon Rd. and art galleries, and a wonderful coffee shop just down the road. The house is also perfect for three individuals or three couples, as the bedrooms provide privacy from each other. Really, just the perfect house!

This is absolutely one of the BEST vacation rentals we have ever stayed at! Not a fleck of dust anywhere! The furnishings were luxurious, the beds were beyond comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need. This made for a flawless vacation. Beautiful Santa Fe home with spacious rooms and floor plan to give "space" to everyone. Amenities perfect for 6 adults and one 2 yr old. Cooked all meals in great kitchen. Hope to return.

This property is perfect on so many levels. Close to activities, but far enough away to be extremely peaceful. Fully appointed and easy to access. We used all three bedrooms and it was exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

615 Garcia St. is a beautiful property, conveniently located to attractions. It is an authentic adobe, lovingly restored and cared for. It is very comfortable and well-equipped. We only used the main master bedroom. Even though it faces Garcia Street, it was quiet at night and it was great to be able to watch the birds at the fountain in the morning from the bedroom windows. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the fireplace has a great draw. The back patio is lovely with table and chairs for dining and a fire pit for the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay in this stately home.

This home could not have been a more perfect fit for our family trip. The rooms are beautiful, the kitchen was perfect and the location was so convenient! Will definitely stay here again

This home was SO wonderful!!!! Was so well appointed it was hard to believe we were in a rental. And the aesthetic of the owners matched mine to a T...Something that almost never happens! The home was charming beyond words, athentic, super comfortable and in a great neighborhood close to everything. We would love to make a repeat visit and hope to do so someday! :)

We stayed at the Garcia Street Adobe in July and had a wonderful trip with our two small children. The location is fantastic and the house was large with plenty of space to work from home and keep the kids entertained. It was clean and beautiful. We can't wait to visit again

Wonderful cozy place that was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking several meals in. Great location to Canyon Rd and Downtown. Quiet and very private.

Please note the master sink is not draining. A few zip lock bags would be helpful :) Started 2 loads of towels for the cleaning crew and ran dishwasher - hope this helped. We enjoyed our stay. Would return to that property. Thank you for making it happen for us.

Very friendly and would visit again

The house decor was really nice and pretty, especially the antiques, the colors, the bathroom tile. everything was clean. the posted procedures were clear, handy , and not snarky. parking was handy, location good for those of use who could walk a bit. we took our dogs and that saves us quite a bit of money

The property was perfect for our group of seven single women. Centrally located and "six minutes" from everything! Two Casitas worked quickly to repair a broken toilet.

All 3 couples really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay. We had 5 ladies and the home was perfect for us. Walking distance to the Plaza and great Railyard restaurants. The home was very clean and well organized. We would stay here again.

We spent a weekend at this house with 5 ladies. It was perfect! Clean with a historic layout and decor. We loved it! We could have fit 6 people comfortably. 8 would have been a little tough but there are pull out couches. This house was perfect for us! Very easy to check in and out!
