Friendly staff. Convenient location

It is close to the main area of the city. The host were nice to us. Also, the room was clean.

There was some noise in the morning because of the construction in the port near the hotel. The room was a bit too small to pass the bed. We didn’t like the water flood all over the floor when taking a shower (you just need bigger curtains) and bad smell after. It’s hard to move the door of the room ‘cause it touches the floor (also could be fixed easily).

Location was great. Walking distance everywhere you need - restaurants, markets, main sightseeing and just few metres from the sea. The owner gave us a room with a sea view as a surprise when he had some free space. It was really nice and we enjoyed the view. Room was warm, clean, comfortable.There was some water coming out the drain in the bathroom floor but you can sweep it and it will dry again. Not a big problem. Helpful and friendly owners. We would come again :)

The room was a bit disappointing as it was rather small. But it had a balcony to the sea with a magnificent view. The room was clean and simple. Breakfast was good, the family which runs the guest house cares for the guests. Location near the bridge was excellent.

Good breakfast and absolutely amazing view on Monemvasia. Good restaurants just across the street. Too bad we couldn't stay longer...

We asked for a double bed and got two twin beds. We had been informed beforehand that it was dependent on availability. Bathroom was a bit antiquated, but ok for the very low room price. Breakfast was minimal.

Great location, beautiful building from outside. Really nice host. 20 min walk to old Monemvasia.

Very basic room for 80 eur that we paid. There is a small flood in the bathroom every-time you shower. We booked partial sea view, however, the sea can only be seen from the balcony, not from the room. It is hard to find a parking spot.
