Small smell from the bathroom

conveniently located one block to plaza and convent. clean and comfortable.

no coffee makers in rooms. I am an early riser and coffee is my day starter! no wash rags and bathroom a bit dark.

The location and the value of the money. The nice view from our room and good water pressure and hot water in the bathroom! The towels were surprisingly good quality!

The rooms were not 55 m2 as advertised...It is more like 20-25 m2. There is only one light fixture in the room. Even though the front desk staff were friendly, the restaurant staff were definitely not so. Also, the AC in the room was not working and they can't fix it. We had to open the window so it was so noisy! Also, when we paid for the rooms, the staff was too quick to put the payment in USD in stead of MXN( we paid with our US credit card) Yes...only 4-5 USD in difference but she should have asked!!

Amazing place, with perfect localisation and beautiful design. I can honestly recommend this place, in the heart of a town, amazing swimming pool and nice spacious, clean bedroom.

The only one lamp in the room was ceiling lamp, would be nice to have a switch next to bed.

Really comfortable room, in front the Convent. friendly personal. Breakfast was good. decoration was nice and really clean hotel. Pool was nice too.

Internet connexion was a little bit slow but necessary for send a message (WhatsApp) but not for more.

- Great location right next to convent: we stayed in Room 11 (2x double beds) and it had a window with a gorgeous view! - Incredible shower for Mexican standards: instant, consistent and strong hot water - Good sized room for bags - Decent but small pool for a cool down - Clean and comfortable - Really cute town great for a few days stay

- Bed was a bit hard for my preference - Bathroom door was very small (about 5ft): not a real big issue but my partner who is 6ft had to be careful coming in and out - Our room was a bit noisy next to the main road and the reception

Swimming pool was great! Hotel was quiet, there were just few guests during out stay. You can order really good breakfast in the hotel restaurant (extra paid).

Room could use some love - they could replace old furniture, which is creepy.

The staff is top notch, lovely people even with little to no English. The open air lobby, pool area and landscape are amazing. photos don’t do it justice. Great breakfast spot with good options and hospitable staff.
