Good safe location

Room that i booked was not available upon arrival (suite). Staff initially downgrade me to a twin bed room. After objecting they put me in a studio (also a downgrade: no seperate bedroom, more dated, no bathtub etc). No compensation was given for the downgrade.

Superb location if you want to explore the BGC area. Breakfast was excellent, loved the suman and the taho!

Bathroom needs more cleaning.

The bell boy was very helpful in changing our room since the one given to us originally had a leak in the ceiling.

As I got a confirmation from Booking.com, I did not call the hotel anymore prior to checking in. To my surprise, the receptionist was not expecting our check-in. I showed him the e-mails I received. The premium lounge was not offered to me even though it was on the e-mail. And during breakfast, I was told at the restaurant that breakfast was only good for one (I was with my daughter). I told the girl at the entrance that no, it’s for two. She did not question me anymore. I was actually ready to complain at the receptionist during check-out but she did not bill me for my daughter’s breakfast so I took it upon myself that they were able to settle the issue. But she again asked me for the confirmation e-mail that I received. I was wondering why there was no endorsement from the previous receptionist regarding my arrangement from Booking.com to the receptionist on duty yesterday. Also, one of their staff led us to the wrong elevator so we ended up looking for our room on a different wing. The room assigned to us was exactly on the other side of the building so we had to go down again & go to the other elevator.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was also very clean and spacious. The food was excellent!

The reception staff was very pleasant. The housekeeping staff was very efficient.

There was no hand towels in the room when he arrived. The shampoo, conditioner and bath gel were too small for 2 people.

mold on the floor and walls in the bathroom shower, smell in the hallway, needs to be renovated, walls are thin

1) the location and 2) the club floor breakfast offering was fantastic 3) the house keeping staff for my room - the small touches they did to keep room like roll up my chargers cables and attention to retail

the toiletries could be of better quality

Had a free upgrade to a suite on the highest floor, sunrise view was fantastic, breakfast was good

Towels had stains, toilet (tap) fittings was abit loose
